What does Amazon say?
There is no difference between this toner and the MFC-L2700DW. Toner can be found for this printer in the TN630 and TN660 categories.
In an effort to make you buy Brother cartridges when you could be perfectly happy printing for half the price with refilled ones (some of which are good, some aren't, they need to empty their waste toner chambers). This increases the cost of refills by requiring the use of a third-party R&D team. - *2. It might be useful for the printer to keep track of the toner level in a number of cartridges, but I'm not sure what good that would do.
Selected User Reviews For Brother Genuine Cartridge TN760 High Yield Black Toner
It costs me $2. 50 per page to print a monochrome copy with this Sharp DCPL2550DW printer which I bought on March 11, 2018. It has become worthless since today, March 24, 2018. Setup of the printer was completed by me.
;
;When I had to print a 500-page report this afternoon, I didn't have any issues connecting the printer with wireless. After printing 50 pages, I got an alarm saying "toner low" then the machine stopped printing.
that's not a problem. Apparently many printer companies install toner cartridges that will wear out quickly. That is why I ordered the "Brother Genuine TN760 Black High Yield Toner Cartridge" with my printer which is advertised as having a "Page Yield Up To 3,000 Pages. ". Nothing to worry about. After installing the new "High Yield Toner Cartridge," I was able to print up to 347 pages of my report using the cartridge. I got an error message that said "toner low" after printing 300 copies with a brand new "High Yield" cartridge. My printer is not responding. You will not be able to print it. says to go to the store and spend $74 because the "High Yield Cartridge" gave out after 300 copies. In order to print another 300 pages of the report, I need to spend $98 for a new toner cartridge for my Brother.
;
;I am not planning on spending $74 on toner. Another brother cartridge costs 98 but only prints 10% of the amount it should before it fails. It is supposed to print thousands of pages, yet it only prints 10% before it fails. I have no value to offer my brother.
It has excellent quality. Toner that is reliable and of good quality. These are more expensive than generic toner cartridges, but I think it's worth it since they don't leak, streak, or otherwise fail. * However, it's important to know that the 3,000-page claim is based on a 5% print density. The print size on that page is not large, so it's not uncommon to get less than 3,000 pages out of it before it expires. In reality, most toner manufacturers use the 5% standard to calculate how many pages they claim their products contain (I imagine few users only print off 5% of a page).
To conserve Change the settings so that the printer doesn't shut off when its toner runs out. If there are still a few toners left in the printer, you can generally still get a few usable pages. There are different instructions for changing those settings, so check the Brother manual online for details. It's easy to install, and has a long shelf life (provided you keep it at room temperature and sealed in a box) so you can keep one on hand.
The laser cartridges are fake as they don't possess the Corona Cleaning Wire Assembly with Green Tab that must be used. BETTER INFORMATION ON THE HL-L2395DW LASER PRINTER IS REJECTED EVERY TIME I INDICATE IT ON AMAZON.
Toner for the TN750 was used in my old Brother printer which I recently had to replace. With that setup, I would be able to print 3000 pages easily, so I expected no different with this one. The opposite is true. Since the toner in the machine only lasted for 50 pages like other reviewers, I decided to order the high yield toner, just like I had in the past. With good printing quality, I got about 750 pages out of this cartridge - and that's ignoring the low toner warning (I got about 40 more pages before the print quality degraded). My printer is set to save toner, so I am very upset with how much toner it uses. Within a few months, I will have spent more on toner than I did on the printer - and I have only had it a short time!.
The MFC-L2710Dw from Brother is simply a bad joke after we had several Bother all-in-one printers. It appears suddenly that you need to replace your toner, and it does not go on to print after that. In the literature, it's claimed that this toner prints 3000 pages, but it printed 2182 pages for us. . . I have no complaints about the printer, but I don't like the cartridge scheme. A printer at this price and a cartridge this expensive are not worth it.
There is a need for other reviewers to know what printing density they are using. Whenever you use ANY printer, you can fix the amount of liquid you want to print on each sheet. In the case of Brother and EVERY other printing brand, the 5% estimate applies to "3000 pages" or "1200 pages". as great as 10%, however for people like me who don't care as much about print quality, 5% works. For a hypothetical 3,000 page estimate, I get about 2,500 pages printed. You will obviously have fewer pages if your quality is higher. may have to Google how to lower / increase this setting since it varies on whether you have Windows or Mac.
We did not get 3,000 pages out of this replacement cartridge, unlike some other reviewers. There is no label on the genuine Brother toner box, but it says "High Yield" on the OEM box from Amazon. Despite producing 3000 copies, the cartridge wasn't able to print well. My disappointment is great! This cartridge should last for a long time considering the price of 75 dollars for a cartridge. It was a waste of plastic and toner for a small business like ours, plus the cost per page was too high.
There is disappointment in my heart. For one cartridge of toner, I don't get close to 3,000 copies. Since I am frustrated by having to replace toner cartridges so frequently, I will upgrade the printer next time I have a little extra money (easier to do if I didn't have to buy a new toner cartridge every couple of months). With this cartridge having been in my possession since June, I am pretty sure I did not get a defective one. There is no way to verify 3,000 copies based on the claim.
