It maintains its position. I bought these at full price and am not being compensated in any way for this review. These are well-fitting and don't fall out of the charging port. I was hesitant to order because one review stated that they "disappear," but this is not a problem for me. I've had one in my vivoactive 4s for a few days now, and I've used it for a variety of activities, including swimming and rowing. My wrist is not bothered by it, and it stays put. The material is soft, similar to a watch band, and they're simple to put on and take off. The colors are nice, but since they sit wrist side down, they're kind of unnecessary, as one reviewer said.
The Garmin Tactix Charlie is compatible with this accessory. br>br>The issue is that if you sweat alkaline, you already know you corrode metals. The fine pins of the Charlie's electronic data and charging connector wear out quickly. Adding this to the equation eliminates exposure, especially if you regularly rinse your timepiece after wearing it so close to your skin. br>br>Because of their bright color, they stand out against a dark carpet or table. br>br>Friction fit is also excellent.
Around 9 a. m. , both my father and I wore dust covers. My dust cover had disappeared by the time I arrived home at 1pm to charge my watch. I put another one on after it was fully charged. It, too, vanished in less than an hour. My father's is still there, but it's at. I believe this played a role in why mine kept disappearing because his was on the top of his watch and mine was on the side.
Yeah . all of this Yes, the price was reasonable, and boy, were they easy to remove and replace in the slot. The only issue I have with them is that they are too loose as well. In the first four times I charged it, I lost three times. Oh well. If Garmin says it's water resistant without it, it's probably true. On the other hand, if you work in a dirty job, this might be something to consider.
Because the Garmin S62 was not listed as compatible, I decided to take a chance on this product. It's the perfect fit for the S62 and will keep the charging elements safe while you're wearing it. The protectors are not flimsy, but rather solid. It's a "must have" for me.
I bought them to go with two family members' rechargeable Garmin watches, and they're great. The colors are easy to spot if the dust-plugs are dropped or bumped off the table/counter/etc. they're on.
It fulfills its purpose satisfactorily. My Vivoactive 4s began acting strangely a week after I began using it, as if it were having charging issues. I installed this small plug and have had no issues since.
Fits snugly and stays put even when mountain biking (where the hand and clock are swaying wildly). This was a concern that it might fall off after a few days, but it has never happened. So far, there have been no complaints.
