The charger has three possible output levels, according to the documentation link included in the post: 5V 3A, 9V 2A, and 12V 1A are the current ratings for the different voltages. 5A, but it's charged with a standard USB cable and charger. As a result, it is not compatible with fast Qi charging, and a USB C charging cable cannot be connected to the holder. I'm going to hold off until the upgrade is completed.
When the mount detects movement of a cell phone approaching the mount, it opens. Whether a cell phone case is detected or not, it closes automatically after 1 or 2 seconds.
It's only for loading your phone onto the Mount; I know pressing a button to release the phone is difficult at first, but trust me, you'll get used to it. Lol 😂
It appears to be around 3 feet tall.

This item isn't functional. The charging cable port on the back of the mount is loose right out of the box, and even when I manually put pressure on the cable to keep the power supply running to the This is the second time I've had a charging problem with an iOttie mount.
So far, it's been a week, and I'm really enjoying it. I've tried it out with various cords and phones, and everything has worked perfectly. br>br>Wireless charging is compatible with the iPhone 11 pro, and there are no issues with charging alignment. I also like how it has its own power source, which is useful if you have a car that disables the cigarette adaptor with a key. They took into account every detail, which I appreciate. br>br>Thank you for the modern look without the blue leds or anything like that! The green release buttons are well-distributed and do not bother my eyes at all during the night. br>br>It's fantastic; I simply drop the phone, and it aligns and tightens, and charging begins immediately; when you pick it up, your fingers naturally rest on the release button on both sides of the phone. So pressing the button is simple, and you don't even notice it. br>br>I upgraded from the one touch iottie 2 to this, and wow, it was well worth the wait. I skipped all the other models in favor of this one. Definitely worth the money. br>br>Only time will tell how durable this is; if it lasts as long as my One Touch 2, I'll be overjoyed.
This device is incredible! I'd recently started using DoorDash/Uber Eats and needed a mount to keep my phone visible. I chose the clamp style over the magnetic because I read in some reviews that if you have a heavier phone (I have the iPhone 11 Pro Max), your phone can sometimes flip upside down or completely fall off, and I didn't want to risk my phone falling in the middle of a road or cracking the screen. So I found this clamp map that works 100% of the time. Every time you put the phone up to the clamp it auto opens and you just set the phone in the clamp and it If you lose power, you can easily pry the clamp open to retrieve your device; the air vent mount is firmly attached to the vent, so I don't have to worry about my phone falling out. Overall, I'm very pleased with this car mount and would recommend it to others. PS: While using DoorDash/Uber Eats and Waze with the screen on full brightness, it does charge the phone, albeit at a slower rate than usual due to the high power consumption, but it does charge and keep the phone charged.
Pros: br>br>I like how it holds my phone in place. The adhesive appears to be extremely sticky (but is this enough?). The suction cup appears to be extremely powerful. There are numerous angling and mounting options available. It's cool to charge your phone wirelessly. br>br>Contrary to popular belief, there are a number of disadvantages to using this product. br>br>It's been about a week since I've had this. I took a trip and parked my car in an outdoor airport parking lot (which was probably hot). When I returned, the mount had fallen to the ground. The suction was still holding, but the adhesive was not. It's not impossible that I hit the mount, but I don't recall it. br>br>In addition, if you turn off your car before pulling out your phone, you'll have to restart it to get it out.
The suction cup is long-lasting and adheres to windshields and dashboards well. While driving, the adjustable joints ensure that your phone is always in the same place. The auto sense clamp around my phone is my favorite accessory. There's no more damaging your phone case and mount by yanking it out of the clamp. It fits your phone perfectly and is extremely convenient to remove when you need to. I didn't even mention that it CHARGES YOUR PHONE in all of these amazing features! The charge moves at the speed of light. My phone was fully charged in under an hour. Stop wasting your money on cheap car mounts like I did and invest in this one instead.
First and foremost, I adore this company because they provide excellent customer service; the first one I purchased lasted a long time before the bridal pressure plate broke, but I contacted the company and they promptly assisted me. However, when I saw this, I immediately thought to myself, "Wow, I have to have it. " Works great and has the same capabilities as the old one; they've simply improved a great product; I'll be buying more for my family for Christmas.
I've used a few other phone dash mounts, and the majority of them on Amazon are cheap and break after a few uses or never work as advertised. The iOttie product, on the other hand, far exceeded my expectations and is reasonably priced. I've just placed an order for a second one for my mother. I recommend purchasing one for each vehicle you own; you will not be disappointed.
This is one of those items that you don't realize you need until you have it. It does exactly what it says it will do and it has a good grip on the phone. My concerns about the motor and charging mechanisms were alleviated by the iOtties two-year warranty. (A previous warranty issue was resolved without incident. ) ) A few "minor upgrades" from previous chargers are welcome (hopefully the next generation will include USB C connectors).
