Using a different vendor instead of IBM Formatted Floppies (useless for a retro-fan You are using a Mac)
3/5

This vendor substituted IBM for the original Instead of the unformatted floppies listed for sale, formatted floppies are available. Thus making them useless for their intended purpose (for retrofitting The Mac. 1) I searched long and paid a premium for floppies that were not formatted. There is no question about the distinction in the picture. There is also a Spanish-speaking part of it (I have no opinion about language branding.

Retro Mac fans will love it
5/5

Let me dispel some of the things another Mac guy below said are just not true. I will sum up in a nutshell without going into too much detail. I want to comment on these floppies in this advertisement A file with unformatted data or a file with IBM formatted data It will work with any Mac with a Superdrive. A Superdrive is a floppy drive capable of reading dual-layer floppy disks One side of the coin. It's a high definition and full HD movie). There are TWO square holes in them, which tells you that they are not hollow. With System 7 or 8, if you have the PC Exchange control panel installed, they will be recognized as IBM disks right away. When you insert the disk, the control panel will prompt to initialize (format) the disk if the control panel is not installed. It doesn't matter how you format them, you have to do it as soon as possible. In order to erase a disk that is read in through PC Exchange and shows up as an IBM disk, you must select it from the desktop and then choose "erase disk" under the special menu. In addition, vintage Macs (and the Apple II series for that matter) used a different type of disk drive back in the 80's and early 90's (such as the Mac Plus). In addition to the three, they take a fourth. This is one of the many 5 inch plastic floppies that look like this, but are unusable. On these old Macs, the screen is double sided Disks with a dual density of 800K. The only square hole is in the middle of the sock. You will need 800k disks if you have an 800k floppy drive. You will not be able to use these. It's possible that the other guy got a lot of bad stuff. The LCII and a Quadra 800 don't seem to have any problems with these.

It is worthless
3/5

I would use a less than if there were a negative star No format at all, which means they are utterly useless. I tried all ten and they did not work. Don't.

You can still use these if you would like to avoid upgrading to CD
5/5

As of now, I am not ready to upgrade my entire library of novels to CDs. Because of this, I buy the disks wherever they are available.

Floppy disks are perfect for my digital camera that uses them to store files! Answering the question on what color it is, I got grey floppy disks
5/5

The batteries come with my Sony Digital Mavica MVC- I use them It turned out that the camera itself could format the disks, which was good since I wasn't certain Windows 10 could handle it. While Google didn't provide me an option to format as part of the Windows 10 interface, I found a way to do it using a command prompt. The information I found on wikihow came from there A floppy disk needs to be formatted.

Floppy disks continue to be provided to me, which I appreciate
5/5

It is still useful to use the old floppy diskettes for those who have to maintain aging A floppy diskette can still save one a lot of hassle, even for the latest machines. An important word The quick format should not be used. If you plan to make a bootable disk or attach DOS programs, you should always format your hard drive thoroughly.

As other disks work just fine, I know it is not my system
3/5

I should have read the 1-page carefully before writing this. I gave it a four-star rating. There is no power on any of the disks. You cannot format this document. Other disks work just fine on my machine, so I am confident it is not my machine.

This is a great deal! He asked me to buy him something or build him a new PC with disks like this so that he could run them
5/5

I wasn't sure if we would even be able to locate It was easy to find these here and they did what they said they would. The product shipped very quickly and was in great shape when it arrived.
