A defective diskette has been found. There are still some benefits to Nashuatec diskettes as compared to diskettes in the past. A backup medium that contains only a few files makes life easier for me, so I do not have to worry about misplacing data in the gigabytes. Storage boxes in which I already own diskettes (or can obtain for a reasonable price at Goodwill or house sales) are perfect for diskettes. The best part is that diskettes work much like thumb drives except they have a WRITING SURFACE, meaning a marker can be used to mark off the disk contents. Furthermore, diskettes are large enough so that they make it easier to find them (While the read/write times on diskettes are long, these advantages offset their slow performance. are not more reliable or durable than those from Windows 7. It turned out that one diskette was defective when it arrived. (Only authenticated! "Back in the day," that would happen as well. There are no utilities for defragging diskettes in Windows 10, so these diskettes tend to become ever more slow. It is most likely that these diskettes are "new-" Stock that has been old for a while As soon as Day 1 began, the adhesive on the included labels deteriorated and was no good. In an effort to reinforce the adhesive on two labels with tape, I coated them with.
This is junk. The other half were ruined and did not work. Data is not able to be erased or loaded onto the device. Clearly, the stickers did not The sticker for one of them fell off and is now stuck on my hard drive. Without a doubt. This is garbage. You can buy other items if you spend a dollar more.
In light of the fact that my supplies were dwindling, I purchased these. The majority of my disks are older than five years. There were 2 of the new 10 disks that did not work when they arrived. In the weeks and months that follow, the others start dropping like flies (I suspect attaching cheap NOT sticky labels may have compromised them)
Oh, they are falling My OLD disks still work, but my new ones don't. This is the most disappointing thing of all.
It will not let me point my camera to the disk despite being the one I need.
Is there any reason to be concerned about THICKNESS? In any case, I bought these more for collector's items.
That anyone still sells these is all that matters to me. There's a chance these discs are new old stock, but i am not certain. The real test of diskette quality is how long they will store data. As soon as you buy them, you will not be able to rate them. I'm happy with the way things are going so far.
are pretty decent for what they are, and they work fine.
