They are nice and sturdy, and I like the welding. It is not advisable to use supplied screws. The heads broke off when I tried to put them in by hand.

What is left to say is this An aluminum bar protects your subwoofer from things that could damage it. The subwoofer in my car is entirely undamaged even though I have carried large items in the trunk. Thanks to this grille, I've carried a lot of heavy items in the trunk. It's delivered with screws that are perfectly acceptable, and I did not have to add anything to extend it's length, unlike other reviewers.

There is nothing fancy or complicated about the grill, but it would have been a 5 star if it had just a little more depth. It might hit the grill easily if you hit your subs hard. I don't hit my subs that hard, but I can definitely see what could happen if you did.

It was exactly what I was looking for. Subwoofer protection means hiding the subwoofer underneath the seat so it doesn't contact the seat. the back of the seat was up (e. g. Low quality speakers will work great, there is no place for a speaker to The grill has a good build, but there is not enough room for my sub to flex, so it will touch this grill, which isn't a bad thing, but if you have a sub over 50 bucks go with a different option
