Questions & Answers

Thank you for your time. What is the true length and width from end to end and side to side?

5 x 24. 5 x 1. 2 inches

Is this compatible with the two arms and main pole of a DirecTV dish?

You can do the main j pole and one up front, but you'll have to modify it a little to do another arm off to the side.

Is it Starlink compatible?

I don't see why it wouldn't work; if the star link dish's base has mount holes, it should work fine! This is designed for larger KU dishes, so I recommend getting the separate slip mat for it to keep it in place! Because I installed this same mount on my mother's roof years ago and had the proper amount of concrete blocks in the bottom, I believe it will work better on a flat or low incline roof. It stayed for years until one time when we had a very strong storm and her 90CM dish fell over and moved away from where we put it, almost falling off the roof if it hadn't been for the coax holding it back! So I wouldn't recommend this if you live in a windy area, and the Star Link dish is already quite light! I hope this information is useful. I make a living by putting up satellite dishes.

Is it possible to use a certain number of blocks? According to the listed dimensions, it appears that only 6 of the 8 dimensions can be used. ?

We always use the same number of blocks, which is eight.

The product is solid and effective, and it is compatible with the mounting hardware
5/5

My old 18" Direct TV dish's mounting hardware is compatible with this product, so it's a solid, effective product. With only a few concrete blocks, it was able to withstand strong winds without moving. I'd make another purchase.

The dimensions are correct for my space, but the holes for attaching the pipe mounting bracket are not in the proper location. Everything works now that I drilled the proper holes.
