You can do the main j pole and one up front, but you'll have to modify it a little to do another arm off to the side.
I don't see why it wouldn't work; if the star link dish's base has mount holes, it should work fine! This is designed for larger KU dishes, so I recommend getting the separate slip mat for it to keep it in place! Because I installed this same mount on my mother's roof years ago and had the proper amount of concrete blocks in the bottom, I believe it will work better on a flat or low incline roof. It stayed for years until one time when we had a very strong storm and her 90CM dish fell over and moved away from where we put it, almost falling off the roof if it hadn't been for the coax holding it back! So I wouldn't recommend this if you live in a windy area, and the Star Link dish is already quite light! I hope this information is useful. I make a living by putting up satellite dishes.
We always use the same number of blocks, which is eight.

It's sturdy and exactly what I expected.
For a flat roof, this design is ideal.
My old 18" Direct TV dish's mounting hardware is compatible with this product, so it's a solid, effective product. With only a few concrete blocks, it was able to withstand strong winds without moving. I'd make another purchase.
Great job, Wokrs!.
In town I was paying 50% more for the same unit I was paying 50% more for the same unit I It really works.
Thank you so much for providing us with exactly what we needed.
The dimensions are correct for my space, but the holes for attaching the pipe mounting bracket are not in the proper location. Everything works now that I drilled the proper holes.
This is an excellent item.
