The edge lip, I agree, is obstructive. However, if you already have one or more cases, there aren't any that are better. Here's an easy way to do it: Remove the case from the remote and score the edge just under the lip on both sides of the clickwheel, then carefully score the length of the case's lip between two points, only removing the edge along the sides of that clickwheel. Although the case's stability is maintained, your thumb does not come into contact with it while using it.

Purchase the glow in the dark one so that when I am movie watching in the dark it can be something easy to fine. Case is very heavy duty and will protect your remot It's so dim that there's no point in having it. If you're looking for a glow-in-the-dark version, look elsewhere. You might want to look into other companies if you just want to protect your remote. Yes, it's sturdy, heavy, and secure, but it doesn't even come close to glowing in the dark.
I'm giving it four stars because it's the best case for the limited options available right now. All of the case manufacturers messed up on this one because they all obstruct the new track pad / scrub's already limited space. When I try to press the buttons, the case always gets in the way. Instead of bringing the case's edge so close to the trackpad, manufacturers should lower/dip the case's edge near the trackpad.
It's akin to the old adage about a pig wearing lipstick. (Sure, using the Firestick remote with Apple TV would be nice. ) Apple continues to make remotes that aren't ergonomic, and no case can completely fix them. ) I'm hoping that the silicon becomes less slick over time, and that the shelves on both ends will help keep one's hand in place. The voice button, on the other hand, can't be improved. It's a mystery to me why Apple's torture designers placed it on the side that causes you to naturally twist your wrist. My carpal tunnel syndrome is exacerbated by using the Apple remote. Since I began using it, I've only experienced pain. I'm not having any issues with the Firestick's remote. It's not a problem for me to use it for several hours at a time. At the very least, this remote case makes holding it on its side a lot easier.
To begin with, the remote was thin and cool, making it easy to lose. br>br>Unfortunately, my old remote started acting strangely, and after attempting to figure out what was wrong, I decided to get the new remote (which I much prefer because it is a little bigger, heavier, and the controls aren't as sensitive. br>br>I needed a cover and chose this brand, and I am not disappointed. It's a great fit - as if it were a glove Second. The Siri button is covered but works fine, and unlike the previous remote, this cover makes it less likely to get the accidental screen asking you to speak what you want (which never happened before and always irritated me). br>br>So, the new Apple TV remote is so much better, and the cover (which I bought red because it's such a bright color and makes misplacing it unlikely now) is even better. Simply take action! In addition, the price is ideal.
Blue-ray players, on the other hand, have excellent ergonomics and remote protection. Glow In The Dark is not a glow-in-the-dark product.
I've programmed my remote to control my soundbar, but now that it's covered, I have to angle it JUST RIGHT to adjust the volume. Either that, or remove the cover's front end. In any case, it's a pain.
It's a perfect fit and function. Provides a more solid and stable grip, which improves ergonomics and quality. It also provides excellent drop protection, allowing you to simply drop it on a table with minimal impact.
It's great, it protects it well, it fits snugly, and it doesn't interfere with the remote's speaking feature. It appeals to me. Every penny was well spent on this. The remote no longer slips from my grasp because the silicone case is grippy and not at all slippery. I love it.
