(The label said "postage required" where the stamp should be placed. Definitely not a good idea). I've cancelled my return request, and plan to contact Embie Industries to find out what I should do next. As I believe I should not be required to pay for postage back for a DOA device, I feel that this policy violates privacy. As far as the next Skycontroller goes, I'm not sure if it will be an improvement from the one I had. I will cross my fingers! When I bought this I used it with my Parrot Bebop 2 drone without issue. Despite the fact that the package was damaged, the items it contained were in perfect condition.
