This is an excellent-quality product. It's a replacement for a previous switcher that was clearly made cheaply. br>br>All of the RCA jacks were solid, not sloppy or wiggly. Input ports 1-, 2-, and 3- are used to connect three classic gaming systems. The back side has input 3 and output, while the front side has input 4 and the switches. br>br>When I had two devices running, there was no crosstalk, but for my gaming needs, I run one console at a time and then power off and on to save energy. Because classic gaming consoles are also three to four decades old, not turning them on in the interim extends their life. br>br>At the very least, it would be nice if all the inputs were on the back and only the switches were on the front, but that's a minor quibble.

I was in need of s- For my older consoles, including an Atari 7800, I use a video switch box. This passive switch box performed admirably where a powered switch box did not (black screen). My Atari 2600, 5200, and 7800 consoles have all been modified to output via s-video. video.
