Because I am working from home and have exhausted my usb ports with other things, I thought I would try this product to convert my audio jack to usb in order to plug in a USB headset. I wasn't able to complete the order.
The purpose of this product is to allow my son to connect his USB headset to the jack on his Another Amazon purchase and product that is pointless.
We tested it on several devices, but it didn't work on any of them. The return date had passed by the time it was tested (and on multiple devices). As a result, I'm stuck with an $8 useless cord that can go in the trash. It's not worth purchasing since you get only a 30-day return period and when that's up you're on the hook for the purchase. A twizzler candy hollowed off or fully encased in a container may be the contents. As much as I would like to give 0 stars, I cannot.
It didn't seem to be high on my list of hopes, but I wanted to give it a shot. As soon as I turned on my microphone, I was surprised to see that it lit up. The only thing it did was that. Through this adapter, I was unable to record any audio.
Despite claims to the contrary, this product does not work. There is no need to believe any reviews in which this product is deemed to be Exactly the opposite happened! The product didn't work at all! This is a false report.
It was supposed to connect a headphone set to a computer, but I couldn't get the sound to work. Spending money on this was a waste.
