In the beginning, I ordered this to be able to use my old desktop with my (at that time) VGA-equipped computer. Currently, the panel is the only one. I was able to get the most out of my rather aging NVidia 8800GS for almost four months. When my new panels became available, I unplugged the device (since I could just use the DVI cable directly), and several months later, I needed to install another dual panel setup and required this little device to help me convert a video cable from a There was just no way to make it Even when I went back to my initial setup (with a different monitor), I still didn't get it. In any case, it no longer works after two days it sat on my nearly empty nightstand. I have no idea what happened to it since it was just sitting on my nightstand.

The line needs to be changed. I noticed that using this product with a variety of VGA cables to connect to my display introduced a faint, but noticeable static scan line running down the screen, but lighter colors didn't display it so clearly. The camera does a decent job for its price, and it works about as well as you'd expect.

Could you please tell me what I can The adapter is responsible for adapting. With a laptop that only contains VGA output for external monitors and a spare 20" monitor that only has DVI inputs, I thought for under $5, why not take a shot at this adapter and it works just fine. Having this much larger monitor for my old 11" laptop makes it so much easier for me to use it at home.

Due to the lack of finger space and no screwdriver slots, the screwdriver can be difficult to use on this adaptor, but it appears to be well built. It would be easier to grasp screw heads if the device was longer. The fingers of a small hand are helpful.

As I installed a new video card, I did not realize its outputs would not work with either my existing VGA monitor cable nor my current mini-VGA monitor An adapter for the DVI port. I got the job done with this tiny item, and it only cost does not.

I was lucky in finding it to be the right fit for my graphics card. I like how I can use two separate monitors. It was not obvious to me when I bought it that there were different types of DVI hook ups. Get familiar with the different options before you buy one.

Monoprice products are among my favourites because they have good build quality and low prices. They fit my needs perfectly. The product seems to be a good choice.
