Running at a resolution of 2560x1440x144Hz. After about two months, the first cable stopped working, and I began to experience the flickering that others have reported. Capshi sent me two replacements, both of which flickered at first and never worked. Returning to the subject of excessiveness, Until I can find a better one, I'm using the short OEM cable that came with my monitor. Unfortunately, I was looking forward to using this cable because of the braided cable and metal connectors. EDIT: br>br> At the very least, their customer service is quick and friendly - After I posted this review, they offered to replace or refund my item. EDIT 2 (3/12/19): br>br> If I'm happy with the replacement, the company continues to send me emails requesting that I change my review. I'll just say that I'm not going to change my mind about this one - I'll only add to it (as I am doing now). While I had a positive experience with their customer service, I never received a cable that worked properly from them, so I will not be changing my review.
Anything higher than 75hz causes the screen to flicker to the point where it is unusable. Very let down. br>br>Creative+ paraphrase: They've contacted me and will be sending someone to replace me. I'll update once that one arrives, but their customer service has so far impressed me. br>br>Second Edit: A replacement cable was sent out at no cost, and it works perfectly. Thank you very much!.
So, after a few weeks of using this cable, the screen began to flicker nonstop every 1 to 2 minutes. I tried reversing the connections and going through all of my settings, but nothing worked. I ultimately decided to purchase a generic version. 2 DP Port cable from the 99c store, and voila, instant-instant-instant-instant-instant-instant-instant-instant-instant-instant-instant-instant-instant- fix. The majority of reviews were positive, and I liked how clean and upscale the cable appeared. When compared to other brands in this price range, this cable appears to be the nicest; the connections appear to be clean, and the sleeving is flawless; however, the quality is clearly inferior. It's strange that it took so long for the system to stop working. Don't be afraid to take a risk and see what happens. I'm going to place a second DP 1 order. 4 cable, but for the time being, a 99c store special suffices.
It was a recent purchase for my new dual monitor setup. When I first plugged it in, one of the cables had a problem. Either the monitor cable has a problem or the monitor cable has a problem. The problem was reported to the manufacturer. Although the initial response took some time, everything else went quickly after that. They demanded proof of the problem once it was presented. They sent a replacement immediately and without hesitation. The new replacement was up to the task and performing admirably.
I've only had it for a few days, so I can't comment on its long-term durability, but it appears to be of excellent quality and works well with my dual 1080p monitor setup. I haven't used it for anything else yet, but it's nice to know that it supports 4K in case I do. br>br>It's worth it to get the braided cable. There's no stiff cord to obstruct you from plugging it in at odd angles. Less strain on the cords, and easier to set up. br>br>The connectors appear to be well-made as well. Some of the lower-quality ones I've used before feel as if they're barely held together and can easily split open. They also have a bothersome tab that adds bulk and makes plugging them in difficult. This one doesn't appear to have any of those problems, so it's a five-star rating.
I'll be gone for a week or so. This cable has a great feel to it, it's sturdy, and it's dependable. Unfortunately, none of those things are true. br>br>I got it about two months ago, and within a week, I was having problems. br>br>My computer was built in the middle of the year. I'm using two monitors in December. My graphics card has one HDMI port and one Displayport port, and I already had an HDMI cable and purchased a Displayport cable. Everything seemed to be going well until one day, in the middle of the summer. My screen was blacked out during the game. I assumed it was the graphics card, which required a driver update, but the problem persisted even after the update. On the monitors, I swapped the HDMI and Displayport cables, and it worked. The issue has been present for several weeks, and it has always occurred on the monitor connected to the Displayport cable. br>br>It's a shame the cable is so unreliable; it looks and feels fantastic. I'm going to swap it out today and see how the new one works out. If the issue persists, I will provide an update.
All of my Bluetooth devices were disrupted as a result of this. I just got a replacement cable, and it works perfectly. There is no longer any Bluetooth interference, and my 4k monitor now has a 60 Hz refresh rate. previous review: br>br>previous review: br>br>previous review: br>previous review: The cable appears to be well made and flexible, and it works well with my 4k monitor. My only issue is that whenever I use the cable, all of my Bluetooth devices lose connection. As soon as I unplug the cable, all of my Bluetooth devices reconnect. Everything is working properly now that I replaced the cable with a different brand. My cable appears to be unprotected.
Finding a display port cable capable of 144hz 1080P gaming is a difficult task, believe it or not. Every cable I've tried so far has resulted in stuttering in the game on my gaming monitor. I loaded a game after plugging in this cable. and . There was no stuttering in this conversation. br>Finding a solution to this cable took far too long. br>I'll keep you updated as I continue to test and abuse this cable over the coming months.
