The Mac version of this is working just fine. 1
You'll need to plug into a USB port on one end, and a VCR on the other. Open Quicktime and run step 3. What do you see next to the record button? There's a small "V". That's the tricky part. It is there that you select this device as an input device. Make sure this is true for both audio and video There is a volume control for Quick time. This setting is set to off by default. If you wish to hear audio, you may turn it up. The 6th point. the play button on the VCR. Record the audio by clicking on the 8 *. Neither it nor it's function automatically stops. Pay attention to that. When I watch the VCR, the quality appears to be the same as what I see on the TV. There is no excuse for VHS' poor quality, so don't judge the device based on the tape. If the tape is not rewinding after running to the end, you might want to run it to the end and then rewind it. I liked that. *br /*br /*br It's not perfect, but it works. Setting it up is straightforward. It does not require additional software (all Macs come with Quicktime already installed). There is one downside, however, in that the video is uncompressed. Such a large amount of space is necessary. The same "v" icon next to the record button allows you to select quality as well. If you choose the lower resolution, which is still higher than VHS, then the sizes will be closer to Much better and shouldn't affect picture quality at all!.
Rubbish that broke the moment it touched the ground
It blew up as soon as I connected it to my DVD player and is cheap garbage. A piece of the gold casing on the video pin cracked and snapped Before I even plugged it in, I had a bad feeling. As soon as I saw the cables, I knew it was going to be better than my old ones from the 90s because they were lacking heft. When it comes to A/V cables, you don't have to worry too much about what brand you buy, because they are all more or less of It's tough to find a quality set of these now that the tech is outdated.

I was able to use it on my old VCR perfectly
The VCR I want to hook up to my computer is an old one. When I searched YouTube, I found a good video by the YouTube channel "JUMBLE" on how to do it, but my old Audio Video cables were nowhere to be found. There is a Chinese company I don't know about. I received great customer service and I was able to connect my VCR to my computer for a great price. Using my VCR I can now convert the old tapes to digital files (e. g. They are MP4 format, so I can save them to my computer or external.

It has been in my possession for many years
My eyes were drawn to these cables when I was looking for something. My player works with them, and they can be used with a more recent player as well. I appreciate them being with you. The cables I will have for my player will end at some point, and I will have them for my next player or other device. ( JV).

It was a surprise to find the A/V cable in a second hand store, as the VCR I had did not have it. When I found this, I was able to watch some old movies that never made it to DVD. As far as price goes, I guess it's OK.
