Due to the low price difference between Pro and Deluxe versions, I chose the Pro version. According to the results, most of the on-camera screens have a color tint to them that makes accuracy very difficult. The fact that I shoot everything in Blackmagic RAW means that in the event that the color is a little off, I can fix it. It is just the LCD screen on the camera that exhibits the color shift, as the footage and video out over HDMI are not affected. It is so close to being sent back but it looks as if I will just have to let it go if it is sent back again. According to Blackmagic, they are working on a firmware update that will solve this problem. It's up to me to see what happens.

The reason I bought this was that I had more freelance videography work due to COVID, and I have no When compared to the Sony a7siii, this camera is a whole different experience. It just makes shooting videos so much easier. We have been amazed by the quality of the images and it has been a great experience to play with different lenses and experience the difference between the RAW codec and the h264 codec Having problems with battery life and you have to rig up this camera is a bit of a hassle. If I were to choose a V-type, I probably would It's a better option than using NFP batteries and I'll probably upgrade to it in the future. There are some powerful NDs built-in the camera that are a game changer. This camera's ergonomic functionality of WB, ISO, and shutter speed buttons make it an extremely intuitive and simple to operate device. Despite some regrets, I'm not regretting my choices. In the present market, this is the best alternative for film makers who have a serious interest in filmmaking and want to improve the quality of their work.

Is it impossible for it to power on nor would it power on with the 12v adapter, and did it have a blank screen when it was on? My phone didn't work, didn't power up and I had to remove the battery and insert it again to get it going? I also couldn't receive notifications related to registration or news about products and it just seemed very cheap to me. While in film school, I utilize multiple camera workflows, and I use the Blackmagic 3-chip to do so I have been picking up for 8 hours and, after returning for a refund, it definitely does not feel like a Blackmagic 4 days a week.

After opening the package I turned the camera on and realized that the camera would not turn off regardless of pressing the off switch, selling seller refused to respond or return my email, I will dispute the entire transaction. Very frustrated with the purchase I want to dispute the whole purchase.

This is the best value in video cameras The Sony FX3 and this could not be decided between me, so I bought them Although the Sony does a better job at low light and does not have the crop factor that the BM does, they are an entirely different animal in normal light

The BM has a shimmery pristine video image that is as good as it gets in most cases. I can't get over how gorgeous it is. BRAW files are designed to load and render quickly in Resolve, so you can edit them until they're nearly perfect. If you do not need auto focus, and are content with a 1, you can use them. Despite the 55 crop factor, this is an outstanding camera. There is no comparison.
