Questions & Answers

I have seven televisions; can I purchase another splitter and attach it to the antenna to receive reception on all of them?

Hello: You most definitely can! ... When it comes to wiring the indoor control box, please follow the manufacturer's instructions. (important) Once you've finished that step, you'll have two outputs: TV1 and TV2. In response to your question, splitting the signal five times more will necessitate the use of a separate distribution amplifier (s). I recommend using two separate distribution amplifiers connected to the main ant's TV1 and TV2 outputs. To achieve the best RF balance, use the control box. The amplifiers should be able to handle at least four outputs per amp in your application. There are eight in total. Do not attempt to use signal splitters; the amplifier is designed to perform this function as well as provide isolation in the event that one of your television feeds becomes noisy. It will protect the rest of your system by preventing noise from propagating to other CLEAN RF frequencies. feeds. (Suggestions) Used CATV equipment may be a good fit for your requirements. Thank you for your interest.

Is there a cable that isn't quite as long as this one? Only 25' will suffice. ?

This comes with a 50-foot cable, and a 25-foot cable is available for an additional fee. You should check with the vendor at pingbingding to see if they will exchange it. com

I have Coax jacks in four rooms that come from a satellite dish on the roof. Is it possible to use this unit without the rotating feature and the existing 4-way splitter?

You can point it in the direction of nearby towers by hand, but you'll need an amplifier to get the signal through a four-way.

What is the reception radius if the antenna is not rotated by the motor? Is it a straight line or does it have the potential to expand in width rather than length?

Because all of the stations in my area were in that direction, I oriented the antenna in that direction as well. In some cases, stations will be located at wide azimuths from you, such as 90 to 180 degrees, and you will need to use the rotation feature to get the best signal. Unfortunately, unlike a cell phone, there are no bars on my TV to indicate the best signal reception. If that's the case, you'll need to play around with the rotation feature to get the best image for those stations. Because an outdoor installation would have provided little improvement in signal strength, I decided to install the antenna in my attic. I believe there are antennas with built-in signal strength sensors that can locate and lock in to stations, but they are quite expensive.

If you need a longer-range antenna, this is a great option
5/5

I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to do so in this case because the product is outstanding. This should be your choice if you need an antenna with more range because you live too far away from the tower; I've installed a variety of antennas with my customers, and this one has delivered the best results for people who live more than 70 miles away from the tower. So, if you're looking for a great long-range antenna, give this one a try; you'll be very pleased with it and the signal it produces. Thanks.

The number of available channels has increased by two
5/5

This item was delivered on time, in good condition, and without damage. It's fairly simple to put together if you read the instructions thoroughly first, and it nearly doubled the number of channels that my television tuner can pick up in my particular location; In bad weather or fog, you might have to flick in and out. I experimented with antennas inside the house for a week in various locations. When moved outside on the porch, it picked up nearly as well as it did inside. Almost doubled the number of channels. The best way to get the most channels is to use an antenna outside! And, in order to get the best reception, you'll have to move it around a lot, scanning for channels in various directions/locations. The more powerful the antenna, the better. The better the reception and the more channels there are, the better. Please be aware that weather conditions such as fog and storms, as well as obstacles such as trees and houses, can interfere with reception. If you live more than an hour away from a television tower, your channel selection may be limited. Stop scanning once you've determined the maximum number of channels you'll be able to pick up, so the tuner can save these channels in memory. Then, as needed, rotate the antenna to improve the reception of the channel. Then only rescan if you lose channels, the location of a channel changes, or new channels become available. (Be aware that many channels will change over the next two years. ) because of new laws After the move, you'll need to rescan to find your local channels in their new location. There's a website where you can find out when your local channels are moving. Local forums may also provide additional information. ).

Thank you, pingbingding, for a useful product
5/5

I live in a town where the broadcast antenna is about 10 miles away, but some of the channels have poor reception due to the large trees. I read all of the reviews for large antennas like the Winegard because I thought I needed one. That being said, my first thought was of climbing up onto the roof and erecting a large, heavy antenna atop a 20-meter mast atop the peak. I'm a 66-year-old woman who is terrified of heights. My stomach churned and my heart pounded. After reading the reviews, I decided on the pingbingding, despite my reservations about its size. I figured I could return it because Amazon has always been good about refunding items. When I first got it and put it together, it was so light and small that I became very skeptical and disappointed because I knew I would be disappointed. br>I followed the instructions to the letter when setting up the small device, which was fairly simple. I turned on the television and was surprised to find that I didn't need to rotate it. The channels were very clear when they were received. I'd aimed it exactly where I wanted it to go. Everything ran smoothly, including the rotation. I was both surprised and delighted. br>Most of the time, we watch TV without the amplifier turned on, but when the wind blows, it rains, or the digital signal is weak, we turn it on. It effectively doubles the strength of our signal. I am not employed by this company, and I was not forced to write this review. This is an unbiased assessment of a useful product.

I haven't had a single complaint
5/5

EDITED. Is there a place where you can get six stars? I'm in Orlando, Florida, and here's what I found in the box. br>Unboxing: The item was in excellent working order. br>Examination: I just put it on the table next to my 60" TV and it worked perfectly after I scanned it. br>How to install on a roof: It was a breeze thanks to the excellent arm attachment. br>Channels & Programs & Programs & Programs I got a total of 55 channels, and I really like the wired control for fine-tuning channels. The antenna rotates as a result of this. br>Customer Service: I spoke with the seller, and their willingness to go above and beyond was admirable. br>Would I purchase this product again? CERTAINLY this item, and CERTAINLY from this seller.

Great performance at a reasonable price
5/5

The nearest television broadcast towers are 75 miles away, and television reception with an indoor antenna, which I have been using, is occasionally unwatchable. However, I recently noticed someone in my neighborhood using a different looking TV antenna mounted on his roof, and I inquired about it. He said he got it from Amazon and that he could get a lot of free TV stations. I came home and ordered the same one he had purchased, It's a pingbingding, after he told me he had paid only $35 for it and how well it received many television stations. com Outdoor HDTV Antenna with Amplified Signal Model WA- 2 608 18 m It arrived yesterday, and I immediately assembled it and am using it indoors until I receive a mounting pole for it so that I can mount it on the eaves of my house, and its operation indoors outperforms the indoor antenna I had previously used. I'm glad I came across this antenna, and I'd give it a ten on a scale of one to ten for performance. I should also mention that putting it together was a breeze. It appears to be well-made and comes with a remote control for rotating it to get the best signal and performance. Joe Thome is a baseball player from Los Banos, California.

Excellent Antenna for the Outdoors
5/5

To make installation as simple as possible, this antenna came fully packaged, with the exception of the optional mounting pole (which I had not ordered). The antenna was simple to assemble in about 10 minutes, thanks to the well-printed and informative instruction manual. Before mounting, the rotary motor was tested and found to work perfectly after following the connection instructions. This antenna provided far better reception than anticipated. After a rescan with the new Outdoor Antenna (which was mounted inside the attic space), I went from 13 channels with the old indoor antenna to 62 channels with the new Outdoor Antenna. The Outdoor Adjustable Mount is something I'm really looking forward to getting my hands on. Some bonuses were mentioned in the manual, and I sent a message using the contact email address. They were extremely helpful and quick to respond. This is an antenna that I strongly recommend.
