If you let your service lapse, Fortinet will BACKDATE it to the last time you had support, which in my case was 6 months ago

When I complained to Fortinet, they suggested that I purchase a multi-year subscription to their service. a one-year contract As a result, I'm getting rid of my Fortinet firewall and replacing it with something else. If at all possible, stay away from it.
