Actually, I believe it was designed for babies who were facing backwards, but I don't see why you couldn't use it on the opposite side.
Yes. It certainly ought to. The tablet and case are secured to the Velcro backing by rubber corners that are extremely stretchy. It can fit a wide range of sizes. It securely holds our Fire 10, but you must stretch the corners and ensure that the Velcro square is centered on the back of the case.

I've gone through a lot of different headrest tablet holders because they either don't fit or don't last, so I bought two of these, and unfortunately, we only have one left that works semi-well. okay. The silicone band that holds the tablet, however, already has a small tear in it. I'm still giving it three stars because it might work for those who don't have the kids' version of the HD 10 Fire Tablet. If you do have the case, however, you'll notice how tight it is, which increases the likelihood of the silicone ripping. It worked for three months in total, which is a little longer than the others. At this point, I may have no choice but to remove the tablet from the case, install this, remove it when I exit the vehicle, and replace the case. If you ask me, it's a pain, but it'll probably come in handy again. When this one fails, I'll move on to the next product.

The header claims that it will fit the 10" kids fire tablet, but the foam is so warped after just one use that I'm afraid to give it to my kids. The mount effectively dislodged the "indestructible" case! This isn't compatible with the 10" Fire tablet for kids!.
We have a system that uses a clear pocket to cover the entire back of the seat, which I prefer to use. This one isn't going to hold your phone - But it's perfect for any size table; I can easily pop it on and off the velcro to change the show/volume/etc. , but it's sturdy velcro, so the tablet won't fall. Because there are no reflections on the screen, I prefer this to the clear pocket. Long car trips will be a breeze with this!.
We knew it was time for an "iPad" holder when we turned our toddler's car seat to forward facing. But it's for our son's Amazon Fire (which looks exactly like the one in the photo)! The holder is super stretchy and super easy to put together. It can switch from holding his Fire to my iPhone 11 (with a little wiggle room). I'm so glad I came across this!.
They're extremely tough and have a lot of stretch. When we first opened them, I was skeptical about the size because they didn't appear to fit our Kindle 10 Kids Editions, but they fit perfectly! The strap that goes around the headrest isn't designed for large headrests. We have a Ford Expedition Limited and installed these on the middle row headrests; they barely fit, and I expect that the tight fit will cause some damage to the shape of the headrest once we remove them. Nonetheless, I would recommend it.
I'm so glad I did. Instead of looking down in the car, she can now look straight ahead! I needed to look into something because she is obsessed with her Fire tablet. This was an excellent purchase. Except for the fact that I bought the tablet in the first place (eye roll), I have no regrets.
