These are fine, but they're extremely loose, so if you're holding your phone sideways, it'll constantly slip open. They'd work fine on a laptop, but I wouldn't recommend them for a phone that gets a lot of use.

I have no complaints about this product; it does exactly what it says it will, and it does so satisfactorily. The covers are extremely thin and do not obstruct the easy closing of any of our laptops. With a fingernail, you can easily open and close them. The adhesive on these isn't particularly strong, but that's the point. A stronger adhesive could cause your laptop to be damaged! They're just sticky enough to stay in place, but not so much that they won't damage your computer if you try to remove them. This is crucial if you need to secure the camera on a work surface, for example. You are given a laptop that you do not own. We've tried them out on a personal laptop as well as two different work computers. Laptops have been assigned, and they appear to function well. I'm glad I came across these; I have no complaints. I would buy these again if I needed more.

As if it were nothing. Everything turns me off. You pay a high price for something that is probably only worth a few cents due to its ineffective design. It covers a lot more than the camera, isn't as thin as a credit card, and isn't compatible with any phone because it covers the speaker.

On many devices, I discovered that these blocks essential components located near the camera. It couldn't be installed without covering one of the eight mics on my 2nd Gen Echo Show, for example. It had to cover either the infrared Windows authentication camera (on the left) or the camera status LED (on the right) on my Surface Pro, so I went with the LED. And it had to be installed to the left of the camera on my iPhone 7 front facing camera, so it hangs off the end of my screen protector; otherwise, it would block the earpiece, ambient light sensor, and/or proximity sensors. br>However, with a few caveats and minimal impact on functionality (my Echo Show still hears me with one mic covered), I was able to install them on each device with minor caveats and minimal impact on functionality. br>To be honest, I think a physical shutter like this should be included in many of these devices.

This is very functional and easily opens and closes. I use it on my Mac and have recommended it to all of my coworkers as we move toward more virtual meetings. My only complaint was that when I placed this over the camera on my MacBook Pro, the lid did not close flush. Because my macbook's lid deformed a little around this while closed, I didn't feel comfortable leaving it in place on the laptop. br>br>One change I made was to cover the plastic around the camera opening with whiteout. When the cover is left open, this creates a visible white ring around the camera, which stands out and reminds me to close it when I'm not using it. The area around the camera on my imac is black, so it was hard to tell when I'd left the cover open at first, but now I can tell right away.

That's why, for the most part, we've used tape or a post-it note to cover our camera lens. However, you will not be disappointed if you purchase this bargain (6 webcam covers for this price). It provides you with the extra security you've been seeking. br>br>It's a perfect match. It's also simple to take off and reapply if you make a mistake. The fear of being watched has dissipated. This webcam slide blocker has made me feel safe. I've already told my friends and coworkers about it.

It's a good product that's simple to use. br>It's on my anti-virus software. I have a 13-inch MacBook Pro with a glare screen protector, and it adheres well; the only issue is that it prevents the laptop from fully closing. It isn't particularly noticeable, but it is slightly raised up, as shown in the photo. However, if you close it and place it in a sleeve or case, it should be fine.

It will move around inside the folio I'm using, and I'll have to hold it to move the slide, but it works perfectly on all other devices. So I deducted a star, but if you have another device, I would buy it. Also, the iPhone XS and Galaxy Note 8 were not included because the item is too large and covers the speakers.
