WALL MOUNT NETWORK CABINET W/ 180 HINGED DESIGN EASE LOCKING ACCESS TO THE REAR OF MOUNTED DEVICES FROM THE REAR - OFFERS CONVENIENT & SECURE ACCESS. An optional door and side panels can also be removed from the enclosure.

THE SET INCLUDES IT Data Rack includes a shelf (CABSHELFV1U), a roll of hook and loop fasteners, and 50 cage nuts and screws, as well as 2 sets of keys for the front and side panels.

The 18U 19" EIA/ECA-310-E is a sturdy, enclosed design, and its weight capacity is 200 pounds. It is 16 inches deep with a maximum of 13 pounds. A 16" mounting depth, removable sides, reversible door that locks, two cable holes on the top, and fans are also available

It comes pre-assembled and is ready for you to use immediately after receiving it out of the box. The included hardware allows you to quickly install server rackmounts or computer equipment without any additional purchases.

The switch depth vented rack is designed for cooling, with mesh front doors and side panels providing fresh air circulation and supporting active cooling with up to four optional 120mm fans (ACFANKIT12).

The outer shell of these have a plastic look, but the key post looks like it could be made of metal.

Would it be possible to put its maximum width of equipment on it if I put a shelf there? There are two devices I would like to put on a shelf but they are a combined 23" wide. Can you explain what you mean?

There's no reason to have shelves that wide. The practical shelf width is 18" and up. Approximately 1/2". It could also be a standard item of stereo equipment.

Cabinet of great quality

Startech produces a very good cabinet. You may not have had an enclosure with a hinged rear opening, but having one is a game changer if you are like me. In this new cabinet, I was able to easily move my equipment and ancillary components (fans, shelves, etc. ). It was only the condition of the packing material and a small amount of damage (dented base, bent rear pins, busted grommets) that I had to repair prior to use that disappointed me. If the shipping experience had been better, I would have given five stars. I still think this is a brilliant.

Network Cabinet with the best features! A great wall of China- The network rack should be mounted

In addition to patchbays, switches, and routers, it was used for 48 Ethernet slot types. It has a hinged back section, which is a huge plus. Wiring the system and setting it up has never been easier.

I received mine in good condition, though I don't think the packaging was very good. For my home network, I wanted a cabinet that would do the job and I'm very pleased with this purchase. It is something I would recommend.
