Yes, for a medical student, this coat is far too long. I'm 5'2" and work as a teacher, so I wear it. The traditional length for a medical student is 32", which fits right below the hips and looks like a jacket.
It says it's for women in their 30s, but it also fits me perfectly. I also wear their junior fit scrubs, which are suitable for both junior and female patients.

curvy women looking for a slimming product This lab coat is one of my favorites. This is something I would highly recommend to other petite women! Because I'm only 5'' tall, I had to raise the sleeves 1/2 inch. This is my second purchase of this lab coat; the small is a little tight now that I've gained weight, so knowing how well this lab coat fits me, I bought it in a medium. It's also very comfortable! For those with larger breasts, I found that both the small and medium sizes worked well. Mediums aren't too tight around my chest (I'm a 34DD-). (DDD) On the hourglass figure, this is flattering.
I'm 5'2" and 140 pounds, so I went with the medium size, which has plenty of room and doesn't feel too tight. The sleeves are just right, not too big like another style I own; the small was too tight around the waist and chest for me. I adore this look, especially the empire waist "belt," which is extremely flattering. The fabric is thick and soft, and unlike some other brands (Adar), it does not appear to be cheap. This appears to be a long-lasting lab coat with a professional appearance.
I purchased a medium size, which is slightly too big for me, but I can live with it.
Grey's Anatomy lab coats are something I have a lot of. This doesn't appear to be the real deal. The tag is located at the bottom of the coat, rather than in the pocket as shown in the photo. The fabric has a cheap, thin, and scratchy feel to it. The material is wrinkly and see-through. through. The fit is terrible; when buttoned, the shirt gapes open at the chest, and the sleeves are absurdly long. This is comparable to a ten-dollar generic lab coat, not the Grey's Anatomy merchandise I've known and loved for ten years. I need it for a new job that starts tomorrow, so I'm stuck with it; otherwise, I'd return it without hesitation. Everything about it was terrible, especially given the outrageous price!.
I'm not sure if this item is genuine because I received a lab coat with an incorrect description of the stitched logo placement. The pocket is not on the pocket, but rather on the lower part of the coat. I contacted Barco, who confirmed that the logo should be on the pocket of this specific style, not the lower left bottom corner of the coat. The seller Expression Scubs is selling an item that is not genuine. Shoes.
It's feminine, but it's also professional. It was a perfect match. S- is the most common size I wear. M and a Small were the two sizes that were ordered. It appears to be very feminine. For a flattering silhouette, try a pinched waist. The material is pleasant to the touch, and there is enough room in the pockets. This is exactly the same as the one I tried on in the store before purchasing it from here! Love it! I appear to be very professional, but still feminine, as this gives your body a nice curve/shape. It isn't like other lab coats, which have a boxy appearance and feel to them. My height is in the middle of the range. Even while sitting, I had no trouble closing the buttons because of my large bust. However, because I have a very wide and thick bottom half, the bottom button does not stay closed when I sit. I hope this information is useful. (I am a Licensed Practical Nurse. ).
If you're a little more on the busty side, size up regardless of the size chart. According to the size chart, an XL would fit me perfectly in the hips and waist, but be too big in the bust. When I got it, it fit perfectly in the hips and waist, but wouldn't even close over the girls without looking like the top button was about to put a patient's eye out if it gave up. So now I'm going to try the XXL and have the rest of it altered. To give you an idea of my size, I'm a 36DD and the XL was too small for my upper body. br>br>Recent changes: br>br> The XXL is probably 6" longer in length and fits me like a glove. Because I'm in between sizes, I had to return it as well. Bummer. It was a lovely coat to wear.
It's a nice lab coat, but it's not the one with the heart-shaped collar shown in the photo. I've used several Greys Anatomy lab coats over the years and they're the best, but this wasn't the one I was looking for; it's the one with the pointy collar and pockets with buttons. br>br>I have no intention of returning because it would be too much trouble.
