The result I was hoping for wasn't what I got

You can run in them just fine. The seam on my toes is quite annoying and I can feel it on my feet. Darn Tough socks are more expensive but I wanted to give a shot because I wear so many running socks, but I will go back to Wright brother cool max socks in the future.

As for keeping my feet cool, I have not found them to be effective. I like them for quick 2-hour trips There are 3 mile runs, but nothing beyond My favorite shoes are Balegas, which I bought instead of.

I find the quality poor

The socks have been in my possession for about eight months now. An enormous hole appeared on the heel of the shoe. There is only 15 minutes left in the day It's not even enough for these socks to stand up to 20 miles per week. In comparison, I have found that my $3 socks from Walmart hold You won't get a return on investment.
