I wear this exact type of Fit Flops for years and have bought four pairs of this exact black version of this Fit Flip. As a result, I was able to compare my old pair to the ones I have in my closet. As soon as I saw 1, I knew it. 2. The cushion was completely different, and 3. the comfort was totally different. In addition, the bottom of the shoe is completely different and inherently slippery on wet surfaces. My feet sweat when I wear them as opposed to real fit flops. 5 The sole on this boot is completely different from that of the real shoe in both quality and material. 5. The straps are made with fabrics completely different from the tops. There is a complete difference in the placement of the straps. As far as comfort goes, my old Fit Flops are more comfortable than the new version. Due to the fact that I wore them just a few months after I bought them, my request for a refund is not acceptable. While I paid full price and felt like I got what I paid for, I did not wear them until a few months after I bought them. The purchase was not to my satisfaction. We have learned our lesson! Shop only at certain stores for certain brands. In comparison to a real Fit Flop, the shoes do not compare with Fit Flops and are not nearly as comfortable. Getting the shoe from Fit Flop or a major department store is your best bet. If I can update the post with pictures, I will do so.

Great for all conditions of the spine. For foot support in summer, I wear these Fitflops. I've experienced plantar fasciitis twice (during my lifetime, due to wearing bad shoes, being barefoot, or weight gain, etc. ) and these are the only shoes that have offered me comfort. The styles on these are great. I do feel the fabric strap a little after a time, but it is solid and comfortable on my feet. Fitflops have been an important part of my life since the 1980s. The shoes are almost always on my feet as I walk 4+ miles almost every day. It has been proven that they are the most comfortable walking shoes out of any tennis shoe. Since the band is shaped and sized properly, they don't flop around, so I have stability and don't trip while walking rapidly. My toes tend to go numb after about 3 miles in the tennis shoes I wear in the summer, so wearing these is more comfortable. A pair like this might be fake. Could the band be tampered with in some way? Although I've never had issues with the bands on my surfas before, I have for several years, but this one rubs my foot raw, as the edges are a little rougher than those on My only wish is to be able to return them since they're far too expensive! I started wearing them when I could barely walk after a knee surgery to repair a meniscus. Their love for them led one of our friends to recommend them to us. My experience is that the "surfas" run true to size, but any of the more decorative sandals run large for me.
I have plantar fasciitis and tendonitis in both feet and calves, so I don't put anything on them lightly. I have worn them on shopping trips and doing daily chores, walking on different surfaces with no issues. Since I have been wearing them, I do not feel the pain in my feet or legs like I usually do, and I think they are even helping my overall conditions. In addition to being well made, comfortable, stylish and easy to get on and off, they are easily cleaned as well.
