Having purchased 3 of these necklaces, one for me and one each for my daughters, I absolutely love them. An item of my son's ashes was put into the necklace by the funeral director, and I love the wings and birthstone. In addition to the pendant having a meaningful quote, I was not sure if the necklace would be heavy enough to hold all the items, so far so good. It is the only thing I wear every day.

I took it to the funeral home to bury my mom's ashes in it and the staff was very nice to place mom's ashes in it securely so they wouldn't Definitely recommend this product and would buy again in the future. I received it in a timely manner.

My favorite part of this necklace is the chain. I asked my youngest son to glue the topper in place so it wouldn't fall off and cause me distress after I added my 34-year-old son's ashes. In the future, I'll go to the jewelers to have a safety clasp added as I am concerned this cheaper clasp will break. Despite the price, this is a very nice necklace that I wear all the time. It has sharp spots on it so she can't wear it. U can touch it because it's so sharp! My money was never refunded or replaced, and I tried several times to get it back, but nothing ever worked. They asked for pics, which I sent since it's so obvious! The best part of it is that I'm not happy! The seller will never be able to sell to me.

Only because the stone and wings seem too cluttered to wear this necklace everyday, I would not wear it on a daily basis. A one-piece product would have been a better choice for me. Although the product is okay, it does not meet our expectations.
