I ordered the two-pack in 3XL Trainers with a strap that stretches around the waist. The bottom of 18 is in red. Actually, I thought it wouldn't fit the whole circumference of my midsection, but it did! The surprise I received myself was pretty shocking! Back support is great with this product. When I put it on, it got better immediately. It was hurting when I sat, but as soon as it was on, It was a shame about the zipper because I had no issues with it. A waist trainer isn't going to be easy to put on, but when I tried to zip up the zipper, it kept falling. There was no problem with it after I got it all the way up. We only needed to zip it for a few moments. My order arrived quickly and I am very pleased!.

My waist measurement is correct, but even so, it's a little bigger than I expected it to be. To finish, I must put the last hook on the last wrap, then tighten it. I like it except for that. I wish my waist trainer had been a size smaller so I could reap its full benefits. When I'm sitting in my workplace and while driving, it helps me keep my posture upright.

I put it in, and it caused a sharp pain on my side. I don't recommend using this product if you have sharp pains. The sides were balanced by having me on the upside.
