I've been wearing my two toe rings for over a year. I've been swimming and going to the beach while wearing them. I don't take them off unless it's for a special occasion. They're made of 925 sterling silver, which means they'll never tarnish.
I own two of these, one of which has been in my possession for nearly six years. Certain types of water (for example, brackish Florida back country water) can cause it to turn, but with a little silver polish, it can be restored to its former glory!
My ring has remained the same color for many years. It's suitable for the pool or the sea. Silver of exceptional quality.
I'll just say that, despite the fact that it's adjustable, it's still too big for my second toe when fully closed. I'm 7 1/2 inches tall and wear a women's shoe. To get it to fit, I could have overlapping the ring's ends, but that would be uncomfortable. Look for something else if you have small toes. A size two toe ring would be appropriate for me.

The word "solid" appears in the toe ring's description. 925 sterling silver is the highest quality of silver available. This isn't true in the slightest. It's been stamped, according to the label. That isn't the case, as evidenced by the number 925 (which can be seen in the image to the left). It says sterling silver plated on the back of the toe ring in the plastic bag. When I double-checked my order to make sure I hadn't made a mistake, I couldn't find the same reference on my order. This is a false advertisement, and I will not buy from this seller again.
It becomes black after being plated. This toe ring isn't made of sterling silver at all. It's plated, and after a week, the plating began to peel and turn black.
On the ball of my foot. It was exactly what I was looking for. The ideal slenderness. The ring overlaps in the back on my toe, but it's still comfortable enough to wear all day with or without socks or shoes. When I wear socks or shoes, the fact that I have a second ring bothers my second toe with the larger ring. The cost of fashion, awwwww.
I need to make a change to my original review. br>At first, I liked them, but after a few months of wearing them, they are no longer silver, indicating that they are not genuine sterling silver as the supplier claimed. I really enjoy wearing them, so it's a bit of a pain. br>br>I actually bought two of these and they are fantastic. I haven't worn toe rings in years, but I used to adore them, so I purchased these. Even when worn with boots, it is very comfortable. Even better, the company sent me a "bonus" toe ring to make my purchase even more enjoyable.
I was so pleased with it that I purchased a second one.
That is precisely what I was looking for. Silver is an excellent choice. There isn't any tarnish on the surface. It looks fantastic on you. It makes you feel at ease.
I've seen a lot of negative feedback about the rings darkening. It is true that sterling silver tarnishes. To prevent tarnishing and scuffing, the majority of modern SS jewelry is rhodium plated. Sterling silver is used to make these rings. Except for silver, titanium, rhodium, and platinum, I'm allergic to every metal. Yes, even surgical stainless steel is "hypoallergenic. " I bought the 2mm in April and have yet to remove it. No problems; I just bought the 4mm (to replace a hand-forged toe ring I'd had for nearly 20 years that was lost after one of my surgeries) and they both fit perfectly! I'm 6' tall and wear a size 10/11 US Woman's or a size 41 European. My toes aren't particularly delicate, but both rings go all the way around them. They brush up against each other but do not touch. Both rings have made me extremely happy!.

They have me completely enamored! The quality is excellent and the design is very cute. br>br>To be clear, this is solid silver (sterling silver), which has a purity of 92. 5%. This is due to the fact that any higher percentage would render the silver too malleable (it would lose its shape). The remaining seven are: 5% of the total weight is made of other metals, mostly copper. Most brands, including high-end brands like Pandora Jewelry and Tiffany & Co. , fall into this category. Co, & whatnot. It is not "fake" if the color of your ring changes. The luster of "real silver" fades over time. If you've ever owned high-quality jewelry, you're aware that if you don't polish it, it can turn almost black. br>br>Here are some tarnishing-prevention tips: br>br>Avoiding chemical interactions (pool chlorine). Tarnish and/or permanent damage to quality jewelry can be caused by chemicals in beauty products such as shampoo or lotion. br>br>Keep it in a zip lock bag and clean it on a regular basis (at least once a month, with a silver cloth--or use something more abrasive like silver cleaner if it's gotten that bad).
