I am between a size 7 and a size 7 in clothing. Shoe for a woman size 5. I ordered a pair of size 5 big kid shoes, and they were a perfect fit.
He'd be in a "2 Little Kid" situation. To find that size, you may have to fiddle with the sizing options, and it isn't always available in every color.

These are fantastic. When we go outside, my 18-month-old wears them all the time because they are simple to put on. I like that the back is adjustable because you can tighten it up if they're a little loose. In some ways, they seem to "grow with the feet. " haha. My son does not trip as much because the soles are thick and "grip" the ground. I'm going to get him a new pair right away. I have an 8-year-old girl who wears a size 3 in Nike shoes (which, in my opinion, run small). I ordered a size 2 for her based on her foot measurement from the TEVA size chart on their website, which was spot on. Her foot is approximately eight inches in length. It fits perfectly, with just enough room in the toe to allow for growth while not causing you to trip. She has a foot that is of average width. I would have given her a three if her foot had been wider. br>br>These are a size 13 for my 6-year-old daughter. In addition, it's a fantastic match. She enjoys her wide feet. She has a number between 13 and 1 on the scale. br>br>As a guide, children's shoe sizes are listed from smallest to largest. 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 are all numbers that can be used to make a number of different combinations. My husband is perplexed by shoe sizes, and he has no idea why my 8-year-old is wearing a size 2 and my 6-year-old is wearing a size 13!.
I was worried because the review stated that they were extremely large, but this is not the case! br>br>I frequently purchase children's sizes ("big kid"), and my usual size is a 5. 5 (I'm almost always a 7 in women's shoes, with the exception of a few Steve Madden styles, but I'm still a 7) - Because there were no half sizes, I bought a size 6 big kid and they fit perfectly! It's super squishy and cozy. I bought these for summer hiking, which I have yet to do in them, but they appear to be a good fit (and are cuter and less expensive than Chacos, in my opinion).
Tevas' baby feet are the most adorable thing ever. I'm not making this up. br>br>These are worn on a daily basis by my 22-month-old son, and I'm about to order a size larger. Every other shoe brand has a size 5 (big kids), but I ordered a "BIG KID SIZE 6" in these Tevas. They're absolutely enormous. I'm talking about a size larger than what I'd put on as his mother (who wears a ladies 8). 5). When I tried them on, I realized I'd have to go down a whole size. I ordered a big kid 4 and a big kid 5 in the mistaken belief that I had accidentally ordered a man's adult size 6. The big kid 5 is, indeed, too big, while the big kid 4 is large but manageable. This seller only has 4 sizes available.
So I returned them to the store and purchased a pair of Tevas. There's a huge difference between the two. It's so relaxing. They're half as heavy as Chacos and don't rub my feet. The material is extremely light and soft, but it is also extremely durable. I'm usually a size 7 in clothing. I ordered a size 6 in children's clothing and a size 5 in women's clothing. They're still a little too big for me. So I'm sure a children's size 6 would fit a woman's size 8 just fine, and a children's size 7 would fit a woman's size 8. I like that the children's shoes are half the price. br>I bought these for a upcoming lake trip, as well as to have good walking shoes for Disney. I'm so glad I got these because they'll be perfect! It's as if you're on cloud nine.
I bought these for my five-year-old son, who is extremely active. We spend a lot of time outside, and the weather is generally hot and humid throughout the year. For him, we usually stick to Keen sandals, but since I wear Tevas, I figured he'd appreciate a pair as well. The material was stiff and scratchy right away when I received it. I didn't expect it to be soft, but having owned more than five pairs of different Tevas styles, I'm familiar with how they can feel. They were also on the large side for his size, so I figured he could grow into them if nothing else. He was excited to try on the fire trucks because he liked them, but his enthusiasm quickly faded. He could only wear them around the house for five minutes before they became too uncomfortable to bear. For context, this is a kid who gets blisters on his feet and keeps quiet about it. I knew he had to be in a lot of pain because he always plays through it. We tried them again the next day because he liked the look so much, and the results were the same. We realized they weren't going to work after a while: (It's too bad, because I know Teva is capable of much more!).
I'll order a smaller size because the shoes are fantastic! They appear to be very comfortable to wear. The soles of the shoes are quite soft! They were, however, too big for my son, who is currently wearing a size 6 and will soon require a larger size (I ordered a size 7). Sandals were too big for his foot and wouldn't fit properly. br>Because I like the shoes, I'm going to order a smaller size (6).
