It is a stretchy fabric, Bienzoe girls jumper dress
There's a heavier material but not so heavy that you get hot in it. We live in Orlando, Fl and this dress is perfect. They are just what my daughter loves!
Two of these were bought by my older daughter (12) and the pants reach almost to the knees. The skirt falls below the knees of my younger daughter (5).
