My husband, who is 5'6" and 180 pounds, was able to wear the large comfortably. The 3x should be a good fit for you.

It all depends on how he prefers his shirts to fit. Because these appear to run a tad small, a large will be snug. I'm 5'7" and 160 pounds, and a medium fits snugly but not too tightly on me.

SUPERB! I really like the items I got. For my son's birthday, I ordered two XL shirts. After washing one, however, I noticed a hole with a run down the back side of the shirt, so I contacted GruntStyle Customer Service, who promptly replaced the shirt. It was delivered to me within eight days of the resolution. My son's birthday was approaching, and it arrived just in time. I'm very happy with my purchase and have already ordered from GruntStyle again.

My husband is a snob when it comes to t-shirts. They must be 100% cotton and only cotton and only cotton and only I washed it before wrapping it for Christmas so he could put it on right away, and it passed the husband test. That's exactly what he did, and he wore it the rest of the weekend. I just bought it and have only washed it once, so I can't speak to how well the print lasts, but I am pleased with my purchase thus far.

This was my first purchase of a Grunt Style shirt. I am now a Grunt Style fan because of this shirt. The logo and design are exactly as shown in the picture, so there is no reason to complain

The shirt, however, is one of the most affordable plain cotton t-shirts on the market. You can get t-shirts. br>I had assumed Grunt Style shirts were printed on "next level" brand t-shirts. Shirts that are of excellent quality. This is not one of them!.

The space is insufficient

I was looking forward to receiving this shirt because the material appeared to be of good quality, but the shirt was far too small for an XXL. It had the feel of an XL to me. Returned.

same size as other Grunt Style shirts I've gotten, but this one had a slightly different quality fabric (the feel of it, even though I'm pretty sure it's the same stuff) and was slightly larger than expected - However, it is still very close to being perfect.

There is a lot of overspray on this one

This doesn't look anything like the picture, which is a shame because I don't think it's worth the $30. The design isn't even clear in comparison to the picture, and there's so much over spray that I can't see the flag. It's not going to go over well with my husband. I'm disappointed and would not suggest it.
