Yes, as you wear it all day, it will loosen up, especially if you have a phone in each of the front pockets.
My medium petite is labeled MP, so I'm guessing a small tall would be the same.
The inseam of this pant is 31 inches in regular sizes, while it is 29 inches in petite sizes.

On May 27, 2020, I purchased these scrubs. Since then, I've been wearing them once a week. They were hung up to dry after being washed in cold water. I've attached two photos to demonstrate how badly they've fared. Don't throw your money away.
It appears that I am in the middle of a size range. The small is ideal in every way, with the exception of the thighs, which are a little too tight. I tried a medium and it fit better in the thighs but not so well in the waist; I've had this problem with Med Couture. Scrubs made in Vietnam are more comfortable for me. Scrubs from China have an odd fit. Those were always returned to me. It's a pain. There is no assurance of quality. There's no way of knowing what you're going to get.
The fit and style are great, but the fabric is of poor quality. In less than three months, it was completely covered in "pills," to the point where I'm ashamed to wear them. I think I can get a few more weeks out of them if I shave them with a sweater shaver. maybe. I placed an order for two pairs. I wish I hadn't worn the second pair because I would have returned them without hesitation.
These are quite large, but I couldn't wear them when I downsized. So there is a significant size difference between sizes, but the pants are comfortable, and the hidden drawstring allows for some adjustment. The length is perfect for me at 5'4 and may be a tad long depending on how high you wear them.
For a long time, I'd been looking for the perfect scrub pants, and when I came across this style in this brand, I was instantly smitten. I have the royal blue ones from a scrub shop, and they're perfect. It was an excellent fit. And, because I'm tall, the tall fit was the perfect length. br>br>I bought the olive ones from here and was disappointed by how thin and cheaply made they appear to be. I paid $50 and go for walks every day, thinking about how I need to move or they'll rip. They're a lot more delicate than my royal blue pair. I'm thinking about returning them because I need something of good quality, and I'll be ordering from the same shop where I got my first pair.
I'm 5'10", 130 pounds, and my inseam is 36". I tried every brand in vain to find my perfect fit, so I gave these a shot, expecting to be disappointed once more. I've never been so completely wrong in my entire life! I chose the medium tall and it's perfect! So perfect, in fact, that I've ordered five pairs in various colors. The fabric is tough but soft and comfortable enough to wear for two shifts. There's no way you'll make a mistake!.
This pair of pants is fantastic! Would buy again if they had a flattering top for petite body types, which is a huge letdown. They have a lot of pockets, but when I put my phone in one of them, the pants fall down a little. I purchased a medium because I'm 5'2" and 132 pounds. It's a loose fit that allows me to move around freely. The fabric is not particularly stretchy and has a certain amount of weight to it. As I previously stated, I adore the pants; however, I wish there were a shorter top to pair them with.
These scrub pants were recommended by a friend, and I ordered a large at first, but they did not fit, so I returned them and ordered a small. They were perfect and very comfortable for me because I'm 5'3" and weigh around 120 pounds. Because I'm short, I usually have to roll up my pants, but I didn't have to do so this time, and it's the first time that has happened to me.
