As I said, I expected it to shrink, so when I said it fitted as expected, I meant it did shrink a bit. It did what it was supposed to do. As I looked at another reviewer, it looked normal to me. The cotton shrinks when it is washed. As a result, it became and L since I bought an XL. This is perfect! It's thick, which he prefers over the thinner one, which explains why it's four stars for comfort. Still, a great purchase in the end!.
