Although you will be able to block the wind with this jacket, you will still have to wear a sweater in order to keep I really like how deep the pockets are inside.

A totally different experience than I had A lining of any kind is not present. The raincoat may as well be waterproof. In fact, this is not a windbreaker, as wind would actually make this product cold.
