According to my experience, boreal is warmer than tropical, but we all know that the layers under the warm can make a big difference as well. The last time I hunted boreal at this location was in There was a wind factor of 20 km with a temperature of 18 C. Thank you, Cherers
There was an error with the pricing. I was able to fix it. As an authorized Sitka retailer, we offer a wide variety of products

It is the best material, the most special pattern, and the most beautiful design Despite having one issue with the velcro tab on the sleeve separating, I sent it to SITKA and got it repaired and returned to me quickly. I am so impressed by the features of this jacket. There were times when I worked it on layout blinds around farm ponds, duck blinds on rivers, boats and pole blinds on the eastern shore of Virginia in freezing temperatures, snow, rain, wind and even 50 degree sunny days (it was the latter that was the most difficult). Despite its warmth, this jacket does not feel There are some things I would like to see differently, such as removing the hood. It was an easy change to use my own lanyards instead of the call lanyards. Around the bottom hem, the jacket is a little snug, but it can be cinched to be more comfortable.
I've worn it on some really cold hunts and it helps keep me warm. As well as the Hudson, I also own a MacBook Air. *Since the Hudson jacket is not as insulated, it is the best choice if your hunting temperature is below 20 degrees or if there is heavy wind. There are a lot of coats that blow Drake's coat and the rest away. Duck season is a great time to spend money and avoid getting sick or coming in from the cold. The group is highly, highly recommended.
There is a Sitka vest beneath it for the extra insulation because it's not as warm as they make it out to be. In fact, the pattern is one of the main reasons for choosing it, since it's very effective at concealing you. In my experience, it does help to get close to the subject when I use it for wildlife photography rather than hunting.
When it comes to warm and toasty this is the thing for you. There is no wind, rain or cold in this thing, and it has layers of wool underneath so you will never get cold. If you are above 20 deg, there is nothing there under there. The only time I wear this is when laying flat on the laydowns as it's too warm when working with the decoys unless it's extremely cold out. The pocket size is excellent and the layout hand pockets are low enough for me to use them. I tried the Hudson in the store in a 2xl but it was a bit tight so I ordered the 3xl perfect fit. I can layer underneath and it rolls up and fits in my pack no problem. Would I buy again only if I want my wife to kill me.
It is the perfect jacket to wear at the end of the When you are taking those cold boat rides on the river in the early morning, it is easier to take them. It was so warm inside this jacket that I had to remove it later in the morning. In the past two duck seasons, I have purchased this jacket and am very happy with it. This has a big price tag, but it's worth it if you're hunting rivers whose temperatures are below zero.
Despite being a nice jacket, I would have expected it to be warmer for $ 600 (not warm enough for Minnesota's late As well as being small, it was also slow.
One concern is that the main zipper is only one way for a parka.
The material is extremely warm and waterproof. The jacket is fantastic.
