I purchased this shoe for my son, who has wide feet, and he loves it
The size I purchased for my son was accurate.
The width of his foot is more on the wide side, and he loves these shoes.
The spikes are 1/4" wide and come with them. The spikes are designed for cross country distance activities. Also included is a wrench for putting in and taking out the spikes

Before giving a review, I generally wait until I make a sufficient amount of use of a product. I just wanted to make sure you know that these shoes do come with spikes. There is no clear explanation as to why the other reviewer did not receive This is a pair of shoes I purchased for my son, who is a cross country runner. He loves the way they fit (his feet are narrow), but has not yet worn them. Eventually, I will update this post after I use it a bit.
There is a size difference between these and most other brands. Furthermore, the cushion is hardly there and they are super hard.
I had to return them. Please add my name to the "no spikes despite the picture showing spikes" list.
