I find these to be GREAT for my purposes! It would be difficult for some people to use these because they are so heavy duty. (My dogs are prone to pulling apart weaker collar rings) I purchased this for use on dog collars. When putting things on the ring, it's a good idea to have a flat screwdriver on hand The flat end should fit between the slot (be sure NOT to stick the other end of the screwdriver through your hand) then turn the screwdriver to hold it open while you start your If the item(s) is proving hard to move, move the screwdriver to the other side and try again. Despite their size, the rings fit in fewer holes than those made for "nonmetallic" materials You may have to drill, ream, etc. your items (even though these key rings are flat) in order to be able to turn or fit on these. In any case, for my purposes, these work great, and I highly recommend them!.
Whenever I write a review, it's a result of a product that surprises me. These are very nice rings. They're not the straight wire kind that you can pull. Those heavy metal sheets you can slide on a thick key, a chain, or a lot of other things, and they hold their shape well. I received the package in a timely manner.

There's nothing to worry about. It peels off the paint immediately, and the middle part leaves a rust stain when you move it around a lot. It would have been helpful if these had been noted as flat and the sizing of the rings a bit awkward. If you are planning on using these with new Honda key remotes, this will not work These don't fit properly when you put them on silicone key covers.
There is no way to open those! The flathead screwdriver helped me pry the lever in place, and my key aligned quickly to get it in place. If it doesn't bend, you shouldn't worry about it.

Despite my 1 being flimsy, I got into the tournament. I had a 25" ring, and something would come off of it every few months. No material can be removed from Silipac's rings. Despite the fact that I put my keys on the ring, it did not get damaged.
With good looks, the design is strong, safe, and secure.
When I bought this product for my dog tags, it didn't work well for that reason, but I found it useful in other ways.
