What happens if Dynotag goes out of business? That's the only thing I am truly concerned about. Having now understood the reason, I am happy. Intuitive setup and unclear instructions prevent the set up from being effective. Due to the complexity of the set up process, I am returning the product. The instructions are confusing.

I emailed Dynotag about a broken steel loop, and they contacted me within just a few hours. All of this on a weekend too! In a matter of days, they sent a new, stronger steel loop in its place. It was an excellent customer service experience. I recommend that if you order this product, you pull the steel loop hard to make sure it isn't.
