It does come in a box, and the suitcase is nicely wrapped inside; I ordered the 28" checked bag, which appears to hold a lot of stuff (size 7). For the sake of comparison, there are five pairs of shoes). br>br>In response to the other rating comments, I intend to spray it with a protectant/water repellant. The color is a little darker than it appears in the photo (not rose gold, if that's what you're after). br>br>As the other comments say, it's incredibly light and moves around easily (I've only tested it on hardwood floors so far, but I'm hoping it'll be the same at the airport/on the plane). I'm excited to see how much I can cram into my bag for my upcoming trip! EDIT: br>br> When other reviews say it gets dirty, it really does get dirty (the second to last photo is from the first trip; The last photo shows my second trip with this bag. For this reason, I reduced my rating from five to three stars. If you're going to use one of these bags as a carry-on, make sure it's the right one for you. Get it done now. It's a fantastic bag with a vibrant color and ample storage. Don't get one of these bags if you're planning on checking it at the airport. It will become extremely dirty, and no matter what you do, you will be unable to remove the stains (I sprayed it with heavy duty protectant multiple times, and the photo was taken on my second trip with the bag). I wish I'd known about this before purchasing the largest size; otherwise, I would not have purchased it.

This luggage is complete in my possession. It has pockets, zippers, and compartments, in addition to being extremely attractive. I can fit more in each piece than I can in any other luggage I've ever owned. The 360-degree swiveling wheels are extremely durable. My only complaint is that because the fabric is pink, it stains easily when I check the luggage - I suppose it's because I've been tossed around a lot. Warm water and soap are all that's needed to get rid of the stains - The problem was solved after I sprayed the pieces with Scotchgard. I would strongly advise anyone to purchase this set.

I was ecstatic to find this bag on Amazon because London Fog luggage costs at least twice as much in department stores. I also purchased a cabin bag, ensuring that I am covered for another 20 years! It has all of the pockets and storage space I require and is simple to operate. The wheels are in excellent condition. The color is a little more'muted,' not quite as pink as I expected, but it's still lovely and exactly what I needed. For the price, this is an amazing bag!.

It was delivered the day before yesterday, and I was eager to put it to use. It's very nice, and the wheels aren't plastic, so they appear to last a long time, and it moves very smoothly and quietly. I really like the pockets on the inside. When I went to lock the zipper so I wouldn't forget, I noticed the material near the wheel was open. It appears to have been cut or there was a shortage of material. To make matters worse, there's a tiny pebble stuck beneath the material, which means I won't be able to use it. That'll unravel, exposing the shell and making the whole thing look shabby. I'm going to return it. For my upcoming trip, there isn't enough time to find a replacement. This is a huge letdown!.

I purchased a bag that was supposed to be 28 inches in length. It isn't nearly as large as they claim. It's supposed to be 28"x19"x11" with an additional 2" expansion for a total depth of 13". That isn't true at all. It is, in fact, 27. 5" x18. 5 x 9. The expansion is only 5" long and does not even extend to 12in. br>br>In addition, the color is deceiving. I had my heart set on the rose gold shown in the photo. It's a darker, mauve-purple-like color with a zigzagging pattern that wasn't shown in the image. br>br>At the very least, it appears to be light and maneuverable. br>br>In general, given the luggage's price, I'm disappointed.

When I received my luggage bag, I was very pleased with the quality and design. I'd like to get the entire set, but the bags are no longer listed separately. If I want to match, I suppose I'll have to buy the entire set. Problems in the first world. Of course, I also realized that in my area, you can only have a carry-on bag if it is smaller than this one. Another reason to get the next smaller size is to address this issue. What kind of person doesn't check their belongings? On the inside, there were plenty of pockets and securing straps. This is an excellent product.

Lovely suitcases. I'm not sure how long it'll last, but I really like the color. The rose charcoal color is a combination of taupe, plum, charcoal, and rose. The herringbone pattern isn't overly noticeable. The rose gold trim has a subtle sheen. The 20" is what I bought. It's the ideal size for quick getaways. It has the ability to be expanded.

On my first trip from Oregon to Florida, I used it for the first time. It is an expensive piece of luggage, but it is of excellent quality. It's something I'd suggest to everyone.
