Product Description

With their own Zoo luggage, little kids will enjoy rolling through the airport or to Grandma's house. Zoo luggage on wheels is the perfect size for carry-ons and overnight trips, and it's tough enough for daily use or long trips.
Smaller items such as snacks or books are easily accessible thanks to the front zip pocket with mesh divider.
Features include a 13-inch retractable handle for easy carry-on, an elastic mesh bottle pocket, and a durable poly-canvas fabric.
Both Zoo Packs and Zoo Lunchies, as well as the rest of the Zoo line, feature signature Skip Hop characters.

Questions & Answers

Is it easy to move around with this bag? Will it topple left and right if my 4-year-old uses it in an airport? Will it roll smoothly and handle turns, or will it be a bit more difficult to control?

It's been with my two-year-old granddaughter for two years and shows no signs of wear. It's easy to use! I recently purchased a set for my other two-year-old granddaughter, who enjoys it as well.

Would this be appropriate for my 16-month-old son?

My 16-month-old can roll/carry it for a few steps, but she lacks the concentration to do so. Will your 16-month-old fit in it? If you're talking about old clothes, the answer is almost certainly yes! This is what my four-year-old uses for sleepovers, and it's perfect.

I read in several reviews that the ladybug bag has blue stains around the pink forehead part; has this happened to everyone who purchased the ladybug?

Mine is free of stains.

It's quite large
5/5

Other reviews made this product appear to be so small, which I found irritating. I would have bought the ladybug luggage for my daughter, who is about to turn eight, if I had realized how roomy this luggage was. I purchased the monkey luggage for my 9-month-old son's 8-day trip, and it has plenty of room. br>br>*edited

For kids, this is an excellent overnight bag
5/5

Just keep in mind that it's the same size as a regular backpack. I bought two for my boys (17 months and 4 1/2 years old) for our out-of-state visits to see relatives. We go several times a year, and I've always combined their clothes with mine in a large bag, or used one bag for them to share, which results in the four-year-old digging through his clothes and mixing them all up. I wanted them to have their own bags going forward, especially the four-year-old, because he now packs his own clothes (using a checklist of pictures) and can get dressed on the trip without mixing up his clothes with his brother's. This is roughly the size of a regular/adult-sized backpack with wheels and a handle. It isn't a suitcase or luggage in the traditional sense. br>br>How much space do you have? br>In the summer, I was able to fit a week's worth of clothes for the 4-year-old - Seven tops, seven shorts, seven pairs of underwear, seven pairs of socks, three pairs of pajamas to wear twice each, and swim shorts If we're staying for a week or more, I wash all of the laundry on the sixth day. Because the clothes are larger in colder weather, there will be less that fits in here. I used it in the fall and was able to fit about 4-inch thick books in it. 5 long-sleeve shirts and 2 short-sleeve shirts, 5-piece set There are six pairs of pants, seven pairs of underwear, seven pairs of socks, and three pairs of pajamas in this set. br>For the 17-month-old, I was able to pack a week's worth of clothing for both the summer and fall trips, as well as two aden and anais muslin swaddle blankets (which he uses as his bedtime blankets) and an Ikea Spoka nightlight with the charger. I believe I also had an extra outfit for him in case he needed it. I also put diapers and wipes in my bag because there's no way I could fit a week's worth of those in here with my clothes. br>br>It fills the bag to the brim for a week's worth of travel, but anything less would free up space for a toy or books. We did buy the little matching backpacks for them to carry their toys and books in, and that has worked out well for us. Granted, they'll have two more bags to carry, pack in the car, and keep track of, but the toys and books will be easier to transport and they won't have to dig through their luggage to find them. It makes sense for our trips because the luggage is usually upstairs in the guest room and the backpack is downstairs in the living room.

For casual travel, have some fun with your luggage
5/5

First and foremost, I'd like to point out that skip hop creates adorable products that children enjoy. This item is exactly as depicted in the pictures, and my three-year-old daughter adores it. It hasn't been on any trips yet, but I expect it to get a lot more use in the coming months. I'm hoping that as the bag settles in and becomes less new, this will go away. br>Pockets are small items that can be carried around in your pocket. one large front pocket and one unlocked side pocket I wish there were a few more options for dividing space within and on the bag. A secure zipper pocket on the opposite side of the bag would be a simple addition, as would a mesh stretchy liner on the inside back or front flap, etc. br>br>Overall, this bag is a big hit, with only minor areas for improvement. I would buy a second one in a heartbeat if it was refined again with these wishes for next year.

This is the ideal travel bag
5/5

This was purchased for my 3-year-old son. 5) to pack for a flight. I wanted something he could wheel himself but that I could easily carry if he got tired of it. We have a smaller skip hop bag (hippo) that I love, but I wanted something larger to hold the things that occupy his time now (coloring books, etc. ). This was my first choice because a) it's super cute and b) it has a parent strap. I couldn't find another with a parent strap no matter how hard I looked at other brands and suitcases - As a result, this came out on top by a long shot. br>br>Because I am an overplanner and overpacker, I packed a lot more in this bag than most parents would: But everything fit perfectly, the zipper held up admirably, and it was simple for my child to navigate and, more importantly, wear. When he got tired halfway to our gate, it was easy for me to sling him on my back. It had a coloring book, six paperback books, a pencil box full of crayons, a puzzle, a Moana canoe set, the entire Peppa Pig family, their house (and belongings), and their little red car in it. I'm sure there's a lot more I'm forgetting. This bag has an incredible length and depth. I was able to stack the Peppa Pig house on top of the books I packed, and the little red car was able to fit near the top of the bag above it. I can't think of a reason why this bag wouldn't fit any child, unless they'd grown out of their desire for Unicorn luggage. br>br>Skip Hop consistently delivers high-quality products. We traveled through four airports in two days with this bag, and it still looks brand new. Super cute, super simple to use, and super simple to stow away under a plane seat.
