Any company that would sell a product or service containing a defect and then charge the customer to repair or replace it is egregious. It makes me think twice about buying another Timex product in the future.

We received it as a gift and were pleased. I found the band to be comfortable for my son, who is sensory sensitive. A plus was that it was easy to read and that it had a light. As it did not come with a manual or instructions, it took some time to figure out how to set it up. In the end, I was able to find a PDF.
