I would like to say hi to you and let you know that it is a pullover (not a hook), and my daughter was not able to wear it. It is made of nice thick material, but unfortunately the width can't be changed to suit your needs. recommend this product for girls of average height and build.

The fit is good, but one of the straps broke easily after washing. You should wash this product gently so that it doesn't damage the fabric.
