This is for my daughters' Halloween costumes (Hogwarts students), which I ordered two of. When I took them out of the dryer after their first soak, the shirts had shrunk inches in length. I thought this was great since we would still have these shirts after Halloween, but when I washed them the second time they had shrunk inches again. The short belly shirt did make us laugh, and my daughter begged to keep it because she wanted to show off her belly, but we ended up in the trash as it didn't work out. The shirt doesn't suit me well because I don't like single wear clothing. **I should note that my girls are tall, so the shrinkage was an issue for us, but it doesn't seem to be a problem for a shorter girl.

You did a great job with these! These wash up beautifully. I put them in the wash and machine dried them on delicate, and they did not shrink or fade.
