There have been several times the garment has been machine washed and tumbled dried. So the velcro on the bag doesn't catch on other things, I double bag them in lingerie bags. It is okay to dry jeans and towels so they don't dent my dryer, but my kid is 2 so I doubt they will run the risk of damaging it. As well, they can be dried over night without a problem.
