These are the measurements for this skirt The XS 19 is not available. The waist of a woman is 5" and her hip is 27" the waist of a man is 28 3/4" and their hips are 22". The waist is 5", the hips are 3/4" and the waist is 24". The hip size is 5"

The size 10 bottoms fit my one year old daughter with a waist measurement of 26" and a shoe size of 10. Would you mind telling me what size I should ?

The quality is very good! These uniforms feel and look just like the ones worn by the big cheerleaders. I expect my little girl will wear this for quite a while since it has a nice stretch. It will suit her perfectly until we are able to have it embroidered, so she can wear it to our football games.
