This raincoat is perfect for me. It is made of high-quality materials and is lightweight. My three-year-old is 42 pounds and stands 3 feet and three inches tall. I had originally purchased a size 6 but had to exchange it for a size 6x. This is a jacket with two breast pockets. The sleeves came down to her wrists, but in a size 6, they were too tight across the chest; however, a size 6x is ideal. It's more spacious across the chest, even when worn over a hoodie, and I just roll up the sleeves. So, if your toddler is the same size as mine in terms of height and weight. . . 6x should be used.
She's nearly four years old, but she's a towering figure. I ordered her a 6X with the understanding that the sleeves would be a little long. They work perfectly as a cuff when rolled up. She'll be able to put it on for a few years. She adores it because it is of excellent quality.
