FABRIC OF PREMIUM QUALITY. This soft and durable parka is made of super cozy high pile fleece on one side and recycled polyester with a Durable Water-Repellent (DWR) finish on the other, keeping your explorer comfortable and warm in a variety of conditions.

Would this jacket withstand the frigid winters of North Dakota? 15F?

This is a lovely jacket, but I'm not sure it would keep a N warm. The winter in Dakota is harsh. Land's End jackets would be my first choice. They're of good quality and specify the temperature range for which they're suitable. I've purchased several of their coats for my grandchildren, and they've held up well to washings and can be passed down because they're so nice.

Will this jacket keep you warm if the temperature drops below 10 degrees Fahrenheit?

No, I do not believe that is true. It's actually a "lighter" jacket, with the "fur" on the inside, and it's perfect for Atlanta's weather.

What is the maximum temperature that this jacket can withstand?

This is a very low percentage. It appears to be extremely hot to my daughter. I went up a size to allow her to grow into it and wear sweaters.

She had complete freedom of movement in it. For those rainy days, I'm glad I went with the Mossbud with the hood. The jacket is true to size; I ordered a small and it fits perfectly. My eight-year-old daughter is frail and frail. Medium would have been excessively large.

My daughter is kept warm by this coat, which is a little longer than the average. The quality is excellent, and the fit is excellent. It's a little on the pricey side, but it's definitely worth it.
