These were a big hit at my son's birthday party. I think they were a little scratchy, but the kids didn't seem to mind. Maybe their tiny little faces didn't get scratched as much. I would buy it again in any case.

The quality is excellent and the design is very cute. There was a small amount of glue around the edges that could be felt, but it was not noticeable to children. For my son's Dino party, I used them in the treat bags. They fit in clear bags that are 8x12" in size - The horns may bend if the size is reduced.
