The first time I tried them on was for Halloween this year, so I haven't worn them for an extended period, but they seemed pretty good in the short time frame I tried them on. Unless I wore them for a full day, I imagine my feet would not react well to them. However, if I wore them for a few hours at a time, I would not experience excessive pain.
It can be made to your specific measurements if you wish. This is what I did, and the shoes fit
The shoes are comfortable enough, though you may want to get insoles after trying them on.
There is no need to worry about it breaking.

Here are a few things you should watch out for if you order these. You will need some sort of insole to begin with. The sole of my pair had no rubber, just a stiff, bare paper-like substance. This could not possibly be comfortable to wear. I found that they became much more comfortable after adding a $10 pair of insoles. A con I attended required me to wear them for more than 10 hours each day for three consecutive days. A second fault is the stitching, or at least the way it is done is too thin. I noticed the stitching in the zipper at the heels of my bag failed after just a few hours of wear. I did not force the zippers closed and the boots were not tight, but there seemed to be some unraveling to the stitching. I find it aggravating to go to a convention and find, upon entry, the cosplay repair station is the first thing that you have to do. That said, at this price point there aren't a lot of choices. I would buy them again if necessary, but I would treat them like a kit and assume that they needed to be repaired before they could be used properly.

It wasn't as slender as I expected. I thought previous reviews indicated it would fit true to size. As you might have guessed, they're very large. The size 10 I wear is perfect for me It was normally a 5 and I got a 10 As of now, they are still running at about half speed This is a full to large image.
