As a birthday present for my son, I bought him this. Once I opened the box, I tried plugging it in but it wouldn't turn on. Plugging it in until the next day was fine with me. Due to the fact that it was a birthday and there was a lot of trash, I threw out all of the packaging. When I removed the watch from the charger, I didn't expect it to not work or even turn on when it came off of the charger. Despite the fact that I have the packaging, I cannot return the item. If I had spent my money on something else, I would have been happier.
