In the description, the inseam is listed as 9 inches.
A size 8 equals a small, while a size 10 equals a medium. I believe they run a little big; my 11-year-old wore a medium and it fit perfectly. My 9-year-old usually wears an 8, but the size small swim trunks in particular from Under Armour were too big for him.
They come in toddler sizes, with an xs being a size 7.

My son is almost 12 years old, and his medium Under Armour swim trunks from last year were beginning to feel tight. As a result, we ordered a large, which is extremely long. It works if he folds his waist over.
They look fantastic and are made of excellent material. My son, who stands 4'8" and weighs 101 pounds, is built very well for his age. He looked great in the XL size.
These swim trunks have a great design, but they run a little large. We purchased two large suits for an 85-pound child, and the large Speedo fit perfectly, and the same size UA trunks will likely fit next year! He usually wears a large in UA shorts, so the difference surprised him.
These Under Armour swim trunks are a favorite of mine and my two sons. They're comfortable to wear and come in a variety of patterns and colors. I really like how the trunks look on them, and they clean up nicely. For my children, I purchased them in a variety of sizes and colors. These have exceeded my expectations.
My son is very pleased with his new swimsuit, which is exactly what was described. The only flaw I discovered was that when I first opened the package, the swimsuit appeared to be dirty and had a few hairs on it. I simply ignored it and went about my business. They had no problems!.
We have Under Armour swim bottoms from last year, and I believe the sizing is different this year. I went back to the store and purchased a larger size. Our favorite suit bottoms are from Under Armour.
Swimming shorts that are excellent. Because it's far too big, I'll have to save it for next year. My son is seven years old, and they appeared to be more of a men's size than a boy's size.
