Spring Notion Boys' Classic Fit Tuxedo Set, No Tail

This tuxedo was purchased for my 18-year-old son's senior prom. I'm not a fan of renting, so I decided to take a chance and shop online, where I ended up purchasing a few adult-sized suits that didn't fit my son. When I found this tux and compared the listed measurements to his, they were exactly the same. Aside from the fit, the tux is well-made, and the jacket pocket is a real pocket that is surprisingly difficult to locate for some strange reason. This tux can be worn as is, but we decided to replace the bow tie with a white on white paisley tie and pocket square. I wholeheartedly endorse it.

This is a fantastic little suit. With the elastic waist, it's very practical, and I love every piece of it; I'd buy it again and again. br>br>NOTE. I wore a bow tie that was not the same as the one I normally wear.

I ordered the tux based on my son's measurements, and I was worried it would be too small, but I was mistaken. After comparing the costs of renting and buying, we decided to buy. However, if we have to change this, we'll be heading into the rental range. We placed an order for a 10. The waistband is a little loose, but there's back elastic and belt loops. The stride was a little long, and the seat was a little loose. We'll have to hem even our shoes. He was engulfed by his shirt. There was no way I could make the shirt work. The armholes were too low and the vest was too loose. It has a back that can be adjusted. Overall, the jacket was a little big, but not so big that I couldn't wear it as an 8. I'm not sure if getting a size smaller or trying out the modern fit, which is cut to fit closer to the body, is the answer, but the sleeve length was perfect. The tuxedo looks fantastic on its own. The polyester fabric has been criticized by some reviewers, and I agree that it isn't my favorite, but this is likely to be a one-time wear, and who cares about the fabric anyway? So, if you can find the right size, it's a great-looking tux; however, the shirt is thin and scratchy, so it'll need to be washed before wearing.

My son had outgrown his previous black tie suit, so it was time to order a new one, and we decided to take a chance. The tuxedo arrived in good condition only a few days after ordering and appears to be slightly larger than the Spring Notion sizing chart suggests. The suit's primary flaw is that it contains a substantial amount of polyester. This gives the suit a slight "sheen" that I find to be of dubious taste; if you're buying it for a three-year-old, I doubt many people will notice; however, if you're buying it for a 12-year-old who will be seen by others, the polyester sheen might not be your style. I knew the included formal shirt was mostly polyester from reading the description, but I assumed the suit itself would be a wool or cotton blend, which is not the case. As a result, I'm debating whether or not I should return it. Also, despite the fact that it is labeled "Made in the USA," it is actually made in Indonesia (which is fine), but I thought interested readers might be interested to know. It also has a slight bulging of the fabric near the shoulders and a strange fit. I can't say I dislike it, and I believe most parents will be satisfied with the suit for around $50, but I guess I was hoping for a little more. For the time being, I'll give it three stars and will re-evaluate in a few months.

(Also, I know that the following won t be of interest to 99% of readers but I was hoping that I could find a boy tuxedo with The included formal shirt does not have double French cuffs, as they should be used with cuff links, and there are regular buttons on the shirt with no place for proper shirt studs. The included vest is also polyester and has a fully satin front, which is not in the classical style of only having satin or grosgrain lapels on the vest, and it also has three buttons and is not a deep V cut like you find on classic tuxedos from Great Britain. I don't think these minor changes will bother most people, but they might pique the interest of a few classical music fans.

This tiny tuxedo is the cutest thing I've ever seen! It was purchased in preparation for our son's upcoming wedding. He's 28 months old and weighs in at 29 pounds. The 2T was the perfect size for him. My arms are a little long, but I intend to shorten them before the wedding. Suspenders were also purchased to help keep the pants in place throughout the night. I am very pleased with the appearance and quality.

I didn't want to spend money on a rental that I'd have to return, and I didn't think they'd be able to get one in on time if I did rent one for my son. With only one week until prom, I measured him and gambled that this suit would actually fit him. He weighs 165 pounds, is 15 years old, and stands 5'7" tall. I was overjoyed and relieved because the suit fit him perfectly. If I had any criticisms of this suit, it would be that the pants felt different from the jacket in terms of fabric. They didn't have much weight. We bought light-colored underwear, which was undetectable. For the price and the way it looked, I would definitely buy another one if my sons needed one, and I would recommend it to anyone who doesn't want to waste money renting a suit or who needs one at the last minute. This is well-made for the length of time the little guys will be wearing it, and it looks and fits well. You can't beat the price, and we also found matching patent leather shoes on Amazon, which made the little guy look even more dashing! You will not be disappointed if you purchase it. We got a 3t because he is 3 years old and a little taller, and it was the perfect fit.

The size 18 was a perfect fit. I'm posting this because I was planning on getting a 20, but decided against it after reading other reviews that said the 20 weighed around 155 pounds. Carry out exercise 18 if you're tall and skinny.
